They don't provide proof or a real trail for the transferable warranty. I am not sure I ever got my receipt from the Cadillac. They are only ones in town that do ceramic tint. I now have to drive to Sioux Falls just to get the tint done right on my daughter's car. Be prepared to have to accept dirt if you go there.

We have had great experiences with window tint for several years. Unfortunately, their office…read morepersonal does NOT listen and we had a complete mixup with getting details completed. What should have been a cut and dry service ended as a disaster. 3 complete auto details were scheduled over a course of several days. When we arrived to swap out the 1st vehicle, the first one wasn't even washed yet. They didn't think we wanted an exterior wash apparently. So they needed to keep it another day. It was also stated for many important reasons to make sure not to use any shiny/oily products on the interior. The office gal agreed that they don't use those products and went on and on about how bad they are for the interior. We arrive to pick up the first 2 vehicles to find the interior covered in an oily/shiny substance. They confirmed they don't use those products to now being told that it's no big deal and everyone likes a nice shiny interior and wipes off very easily. Anyone that doesn't like everything oiled down will completely understand this frustration. They offered to keep the trucks to wipe it off but since these are used for commercial we didn't have any more days to waste. But more importantly, they can't be trusted to do what they say. It's extremely frustrating to discuss a service in great detail, to not be taken serious, and get a vehicle back in worse condition that before dropping them off, then to be charged a rediculous amount of money for it. The point of paying for a car detail is to save time. This cost us a lot of time, money and frustrations. We cancelled the 3rd vehicle. The office personal may need additional training. Stick with window tinting. Unfortunately, you lost a long time customer.
