I worked with Neal to help me with my disability claim for the 2nd time around. Being out of work for 4 years, I had no income. SSA average the last 10 years of work for your income monthly. If the 4 years, of no income, was averaged in, my monthly rate would of been so low I would not be able to survive. NEVER GO TO BINDER AND BINDER. DON'T GO TO ANY BIG CORPORATION DOING DISABILITY. BETTER CALL NEAL! To be able to actually see and talk to the lawyer makes it personal and I; as the claimant, felt so much better knowing he was right around the corner. I lost my first claim, for 2014, because I hired Binder and Binder, and they never submitted my latest documents. Binder and Binder took my case as they were filing for Bankruptcy, my lawyer left the firm, and all the screw up and I lost at the appeals level. Neal works hard, and is very accurate with the documents. When he was speaking the Judge, during my hearing, he was on the same page with the Judge,discussing submitted medical documents which is important. Social Security frowns on duplicate medical documents. Neal was able to organize and submit my documents appropriately. He was very flexible on where to meet to discuss my case.
