We had to transport 14 kids ourselves because parents dropped their kids off and went to the event to see their kids walk. We contacted him 2 days prour to the event and paid because no one would answer the phone a full week prior to the event. when we told him what a inconvenience it was he started in the first conversation that no one has sympathy for him that he is arm deep in his engine trying to fix it. (Are you serious it not our job to have to make sure your vehicle is working) He came back and said he would send us our refund asap. The next day my wife asked why is the refund taking so long , and she was told since she paid 2 days prior that his office has to refund it a month later when the books close for the month. my wife was very upset and called him and he told her who do you think you are call me and talking with an attitude and hung up on her. When I called he said I don't have to talk to you why does she have her thugs calling me to scare me and hung up the phon. And I texted him back that I called him professionally not raising my voice or cursing one time so how did he feel threatened or calling me a thug. We actually waited until the month closed and still no refund. when my wife called he said it didn't matter that the month was up he didn't have to and it to her until she fixed her attitude. So at this point we realized this wasn't professional and he wanted us to act out of character so he could have a reason not to pay. So we said we will see you in court and was told good luck I'll see you in court. As a customer how do I have to check my attitude before you pay like I'm a child. You messed up our daughters big day and had no problem giving us the middle finger like people have $485 to throw away. He definitely was looking for a reason not to pay us back.

My family rented their largest bus for a Lions game and our driver was terrible. His driving was…read moreawful. There was hard braking and quick lane changing constantly; In addition, we had to wait 90 minutes for our pick up after he told us numerous times he was "almost there"; we had to stand in cold, windy weather, not knowing when our driver would even be arriving. He had no idea what he was doing or where he was going. The company did not provide any compensation or partial refund at all. We also had people in their 70's, 80's and a person in a wheelchair. The driver didn't even apologize. I would never use them again.
