Terrible Service!!! Complete Limo was 1 hour late to our wedding because they double booked the driver for an airport run!!!! Then when they finally showed they tried to offer me a $100 dollar discount on a $125/hr bill!!!! I of coarse refused to pay the remainder of the bill. The following Monday the owner called me making threats to take legal actions with no apologies for the late service!!!! I still have yet to receive an apology from this company. I understand being late from traffic but this was no excuse and the OWNER DIDN'T EVEN CARE!!!! Oh by the way, if it's hot, the AC DOES NOT WORK WELL IN THE HUMMER!!!! Always honest and upfront about car repairs...I've tried other mechanics before, and was never sure if I was getting the straight answer or a 'good deal'. I know when I take my car to Complete, that they're not going to rake me over the coals. A few months ago, I thought I needed brakes--but he just told me that a pin (or something like that) came loose, and it was $20 instead of $400 for new brakes. I've been taking our 2 personal cars there for years, and just started taking our company cars there as well. read more

I have wanted a trolley for my wedding my ENTIRE life. It was the ONE thing I wanted more than anything else and one of the first things I booked. My wedding was Friday and when I called to get an ETA, I was told the trolley was broken down and they were sending an "upgrade" and that there was nothing else they could or would do for me. I am still completely heartbroken about not having the trolley and cannot believe the poor service from the company and our driver, especially since my husband is in the military and was treated so disrespectfully. After reading over the contract when we got home, they have it written so they can get away with just about anything, so avoid this company like the plague, and spread the word. read more

I called Complete Limo Service and told them I needed them for my wedding. Lucy quoted me for the party buss $1,200 plus tip for the driver for 2 hours of service. I then had my fiance call back and ask for the same time and date only we said it was for a birthday party. The cost was $950 inclusive for 4 hours plus they threw in a bartender. When we called back later to book we said 4/hr at $950 with bartender and they said yes, they asked for the occassion and we said wedding. The guy got completely quiet and said you mean for 2 hours. We said no Lucy told us 4 hours for $950. THERE IS NO REASON THAT FOR THE SAME SERVICE THEY NEED TO CHARGE MORE FOR A WEDDING. I mean that is not a little difference either. DONT USE THEM! read more

This company is so rinky-dink that they cannot provide you with a computerized confirmation or a receipt. I am out-of-state and have used them twice while arranging an airport run for a visiting employee. After several requests, I got a one-sentence email for a confirmation (with no detail of address/time/etc. and had a similar experience in trying to get a receipt -- I got a hand-written receipt faxed to me. It's a wonder our AP department accepted it for my expense reimbursement! It is too much work to hunt down their antiquated confirmations and receipts! It makes me wonder if they are even a legitimate company, and if they carry proper insurance and licenses. It's too risky to keep using them, even though their pricing is good. read more
