Show up for said appt. on Oct. 1 only to be told that I was never on the books. The lady at the front desk was rude and condescending and insisted that it was my fault because I could not tell her who I made the appt. with or show her any proof of making the appt. Rescheduled for two weeks out. Called to confirm my appt. the day before only to be told that the practice has "decided to not more forward with establishing care" due to "concerns about maintaining a calm, professional, and respectful environment for both patient and staff." Do these same policies apply to the staff? Because the lady I dealt with was a bully and did not appear to want to help me. They said they were going to refund the fees I had already paid but only return $300 of the $450 paid. I never received any care beyond the pitch given to me in the consultation to sell the broken promises of DPC services! Had I not contacted them to confirm my Oct. 14 appt., I probably would not have known about my denial of membership until I had taken off work to go to my appt. and was standing face to face with a rude front desk attendant! 2.5 months of my time and money WASTED!!!

The care was ok at the Richland location, however, my issue is with the billing dept. Oasis does…read morenot bill in house, but is processed through upstream rehabilitation. I have only received 1 invoice, I have requested via email and by telephone, but have yet to receive one. When I attempted to call on multiple occasions, you are put on an immediate hold for anywhere from 10-30 minutes. After multiple attempts, I did get through, the woman explained my bill had gone up since the last bill, for a service that had not been billed yet. I did explain I emailed and did not receive a response, but I had not received any updated invoices with new charges or my payments. She indicated she would start sending. I received services in 2024 and have yet to receive another invoice. I have made a couple additional payments, but again I am not receiving an invoice to see that they are being applied, etc. I have again sent several emails and attempted to call and be on hold, but did not receive responses, until today I was called by a collection agency! I contacted the Better Business Bureau and am finally contacted by Upstream Rehabilitation to state that I made a verbal agreement to pay. I said I did not make a verbal agreement, what I stated was I would make payments as I received invoices. I believe I have the right to know what charges were applied, what insurance has covered and how my payments are applied to account. If you go to Upstream Rehabilitation you will see most reviews are the same as mine. This feels like a scam to send to collections by not answering emails or calls or providing invoices reflecting payments, balances or what was billed through and accepted by insurance. BE AWARE if you receive services as Oasis, you will be billed through Upstream Rehabilitation.
