Quite disgusted, actually. A phone conversation prior to an appointment was EXTREMELY misleading. Arrived for my appointment and was told there was a 1,800.00 membership fee. Her words. The cost of medication was on top of this. I wasted a 2-hour trip to be extremely disappointed in what I was told in a phone conversation, which was not actually correct and absolutely no mention of a membership fee. Extremely misleading. Buyer beware. Make sure they disclose all fees before you make that appointment. Because if it's too good to be true, it is usually false. This was false in advertising and phone calls. You are right. Being told one thing on the phone and different information in the office is not for everyone. I will stick with my provider in Florida, who is honest and upfront and doesn't charge a membership fee. As for emails, they were sent and not accessible. Go figure. People interested: Do your research!!!! I've been on this medication for a year and never paid a membership fee. read more

I was notified three days in a row about my scheduled appointment time. I showed up 10 minutes before (8:20 am) as requested by them. My original appointment was changed to this appointment at 8:30 am and no one was there. When I and the other two gals got in, I was told there was a scheduling conflict, that they tried calling me and no one answered! And, all of the texts and emails I had been getting (even at 5:30am on the day I showed up) confirming snd reminding me of said appointment were from a third party vendor. What a lie!!! Why didn't they text me or leave a message if they called and didn't get an answer? The exact same thing was told to my friend today! I'm not sure if their services are good or not, but making excuses for employees who don't show up to work is inexcusable! read more

The staff at sculpt is super friendly and informative on all their offered procedures. I really enjoy the cryotherapy in the new giant walk in cryotherapy room. It seems to help with my inflammation in my knees , back, hands , and muscle fatigue from exercise. It's fast and fun. The vitamin boost injections are awesome for an extra boost to the immune system and to recharge ya up from life's daily abuse and sessional stresses.
