When confronted they changed it to 55 and said the doctors set this age. When confronted again I informed them you previously said he "was not allowed." My insurance company says he is allowed to operate on people 0-125 years old. I've researched 3 different doctors that I'm willing to go with and still don't have an appointment.

She had no X-rays I don't believe she looked at my information she asked a few questions then proceeded to press a spot on my arm and lift it twice each side. Then out the door I went. One appointment after the arm lifts she used an instrument popped it in random spots on my back and I was done. She gets you out the door and ushers in the next person sitting in the chairs outside of the office. If you only want to have the "Softwave" done she will tell you without doing her side (the so called chiropractics)it may not work. This is strange considering I was having "Softwave" done to my knee and she was doing lame arm lifts to my arms. When I requested not to do her side she had me go in her office and she proceeded to aggressively tell me I had to do both sides. She also said I didn't have to pay for her side of it, if I continued with both sides. What and offer! I am sure this offer was don't pay my co-pay but she will charge my insurance. At one of my visits the receptionist was unsure of my co-pay Larson the owner/chiropractor yelled out of her office to the receptionist it was $60. I looked at my insurance card and it said $50. I told the receptionist it was $50. Larson came out of her office, took the $60 cash I had and did not offer me my change. I said are you going to give me my change or are you going to keep it for toward my next visit? She looked offended and said next time and walked off. People are ushered through the two offices like cattle. Not enough time between people to wipe things down. Didn't see any cleaning wipes in her office to wipe anything down. If you want assemble line chiropractics with no choices of how you receive your care this is the place. Now you know pass it around.

I'm writing this review because of the excellent service I receive at Complete Physical Therapy. My story is that I had a rare tumor appear when I was 27 years old called a desmoid tumor. A desmoid tumor is an abnormal growth that arises from connective tissue, which is the tissue that provides strength and flexibility to structures such as bones, ligaments, and muscles. This tumor is benign but has fingers that grow and grab other muscles, super hard to completely get rid of it. My tumor was sitting on the accessory nerve in my sternocleidomastoid, the whole sternocleidomastoid had to be removed. With the removal of the sternocleidomastoid it paralyzed my trapezius muscle. However, the tumor kept coming back multiple times with more surgeries and finally radiation to get it in check. With radiation and surgeries I have a lot of scar tissue built up in my neck and shoulder with the loss of a lot of mobility. All of these things cause a lot of pain in my joints, neck, and shoulder because other muscles have to carry the workload. It got to a point the pain was almost unbearable that I was doing acupuncture and trigger point injections shots in my neck and shoulder to get through the pain. The acupuncture clinic said I should give Dr. Nick Reiss at Complete Physical Therapy a try to loosen my scar tissue up and help mobility. I have been going to Dr. Reiss for 7 months now and he has increased my quality of life tenfold. He cares about his patients and their wellbeing. I would recommend him to anybody who has lost mobility or recovering from the effects of cancer treatment. These are the things he has helped me with. read more

I had numbness and severe pain down my arm and into my hand. After seeing my doctor, my insurance company wanted me to do therapy. I was going to use the therapy department where I work, but one of the staff that I work with told me about Nick at Complete Physical Therapy. She said he is more advanced with the problems that I am dealing with. I met with Nick and told him that I do maintenance for a living and the it's hard to do when you have constant pain and numbness. He assured that I will get better over time by doing therapy. I worked with him and his staff for the last two and a half months and I am pain and numb free. I am back to doing 100% of my work. Nick has taught me the ability to keep pain free. He said if I need help again, don't hesitate to call. I would recommend Complete Physical Therapy to anyone. read more

If specialized personal attention, expert knowledge, practical home exercises and great results are important to you then you need to go to Complete Physical Therapy. Having chronic pain for years and trying multiple ways to alleviate the pain, Nick Reiss was able to get me to a point no other therapist had been able to accomplish. Nick's expertise, innovative techniques, encouragement and genuine care are the reasons I'd made so much progress in such a short amount of time. It's obvious he stays current on treatments and therapies and looks at each case individually. He made sure his treatment plan matched my lifestyle and worked on teaching me what I could do at home to help speed up the healing process. I would highly recommend Complete Physical Therapy to everyone especially if you have rib pain! I have been suffering with rib pain for the last six years. I had seen numerous other therapists to help me relieve the pain and no one compared to Complete PT. Nick took the time to really find out what was going on and how it could be fixed. He provided me with ways to make a lifestyle change and implement my exercises into my everyday activities. They did not just provide me with a quick fix but equipped me with exercises and lifting/sitting techniques to help me gain strength and live without pain from now on!! When my Dr. referred me to Complete Physical Therapy, I was in considerable pain, my entire leg was swollen and I couldn't walk without a cane. My therapist, Stephanie Urbom was a godsend, since in addition to being a Physical Therapist, she is also a Certified Lymphadema Therapist. After 3 sessions, my swelling was under control and Stephanie was able to focus on my atrophied muscles. When I saw my Doc for a followup, he was amazed at the improvement and said that at this point, I no longer needed a knee replacement. I've had PT at different times for various issues. CPT was by far the best experience and outcome I have ever had! When I arrived two months ago, my right shoulder was almost frozen and I was unable to do even simple things with it. Those that I could do involved a lot of pain. They worked with me, using a variety of therapies, and my shoulder released, and the pain went away. I have a new lease on life! Their entire staff is friendly and welcoming.
