Since I travel to Louisville with moderate frequency, it's no problem to have a doc there. Wait time for new patients was 2 weeks, below average of other places I called. The main thing is that Dr Gilberts took her time and didn't rush me out. We had engaging conversation and she easily established trust. It was frankly the first time I did NOT feel like another faceless copayment. I felt human and like she genuinely cared about the outcome of my health. Needless to say I highly recommend Dr Gilberts and I am excited to have finally located a doctor that understands me. All other neurotic hypochondriac entrepreneurs and professionals will feel right at home, just like me :)

It got worse.My sciatica was pinched.Went to a different Dr. .Got an mri.Turns out I had a segregated bone heavily pinching on my nerves.broken bone and now a disk removed.I was ignored at The family medical center.The only thing the Dr. was worried about was me pooping in a box .I'm sure there is money involved. I have received 10 notification' about sending in my fecal matter in.it is harrassment.Because I have not done this he has played around with refilling my medications.

Dr. Ingwersen validated everything I told her on my first consultation/visit. After meeting with her I was referred and sent to 2 specialists, one of which was an allergist. My former doctor just shrugged off my allergies and basically told me to deal with it. Thanks to Dr. Ingwersen I am now at maintenance level of allergy shots and feel better than I have in years. I spent 5 years with my former PC physician and 10 minutes with Dr. Ingwersen. She gave me more care than he ever did.
