After much stroking of chins and 'it'll cost ya' type conversations, finally we met Mike who gave a quote to remove our Liquidambar which was MUCH more competitive. He turned up on the day (though a little later than first suggested) and the team set to felling our massive tree. The stump required a return visit the next day but at no extra charge - so happy all round - apart from the tree. Got tree issues then they're the solution.
