Then I was simply asked "What have you done for this in the past?" I responded "Acupuncture." To which he replied "Okay, let's do that." I was hooked up and he left. It felt good, took care of the issue and he came back to due a small adjustment and he said I should be back in a day or two for another session. It was an alright experience but I got the impression that my issue or just me as a patient just wasn't all that important to the doctor. The clinic was packed with people in different rooms, the waiting room was full. It was clear he was treating up to 5 or 6 people at a time which is okay I guess, I understand that you can do an adjustment on someone while the other guy is getting acupuncture. But the thought kept creeping in to mind that maximizing profit was more important than my issue. You can get great treatment here, but I just like to have a bit more of a one-on-one experience with a personable doctor that has a vested interested in getting you better. Not sure you can get that here. Maybe you can, maybe I just had a bad experience, maybe my standards are too high. Not sure, but I've found another chiropractor I prefer. This place is worth checking out if your new to the area and need some treatment.

He advised for the first appointment it will take 10 minutes to consult with the therapist (which is normal) but that will be taken from my massage time. So I will be paying for half an hour massage but will only get 20minutes for $60.00. This is extremely absurd!!! I have went to many massage therapists and physios and never had this issues. I agree they should book an extra 10-15 minutes for the initial appointment to consult with their patients, however, this should not be taken away from their 30 minute treatment. This is a money grab. $60 for 20 minutes. NO THANK YOU! Go somewhere where they value you!
