They made a mistake on a certain senior citizen's tax returns, which was totally their fault. The IRS fined this senior citizen a considerable amount of money, because of an accountant's negligence and not checking his work. Even though it was the accountant's fault, they took no responsibility and made the senior citizen pay the fines, when really they should have paid the total amount from both tax forms. Shame on you.
