Then my husband was bothered by this since I had sent him all our private info, so he called Kyle and got the same promises. Nothing again, and we keep trying to get in touch. If he's busy, just say so! But don't request all our very personal, identity documents then fall off the grid. Very very unsettling and more importantly HIGHLY unprofessional. The technician installed the wrong temperature gauge on my stove -- it was meant for a completely different model. When I tried to get the issue fixed under warranty, it took over a month just to schedule an appointment. To make matters worse, the technician later told the company he couldn't find parking and rescheduled the appointment without completing the repair, which was incredibly frustrating after already waiting so long. Now I'm left waiting to see whether I'll even receive a refund for a problem that was entirely caused by their mistake. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the stress
