When I mentioned I was having trouble keeping track of the time/counting during the exercises (do to a serious neurological condition mentioned on my chart and brought up by me) they weren't much help and dismissed me. I was made to feel bad about it, like I was inconveniencing them, so I felt embarrassed and ashamed, got really emotional and didn't feel the need to proceed. As I was crying and gathering my things, nobody felt the need to apologize, pull me aside in private to resolve things, or even to ask if i was ok, but instead were so worried about booking my next appointment so they can rake in that sweet insurance money for ignoring/ berating me for another 14 sessions. I had PT at another place a few years ago for a different injury and it was a really fun, interactive and interesting experience that helped immensely, so I was looking forward to this. Unfortunately these people are crooks taking advantage of people who don't know any better and milking the system. I don't think these men have a very high opinion of women either, a conclusion I came to after the guy in charge dismissed my serious neurological condition I mentioned and painful hip injury that I was there for as "fibromyalgia". That was after he pointed out how out of shape I was (I've been off my feet due to injury for a month). Totally infuriating, unprofessional and sickening. I'm obviously still so angry and upset I can hardly articulate all of this. Just avoid this place if you can, and if you have to go, don't let them bully or demean you. One last thing: the equipment is old, dirty and broken. I never saw them clean a thing. The music is terrible and the place is a depressing place to have to slum it for PT.

I asked the NP Ashley if that was harmful , to which she replied "I'm not sure, but better safe than sorry." Which was a little unsettling for me. I thought to myself "You don't know...?" Moving on to my next concern...I have spent well over $2,000.00 for testing and 2 appointments with KALE, I was prescribed supplements for my gut issue, picked them up and started taking them a month ago. After taking my supplements for a month, I received a phone call a few days ago saying they prescribed me the wrong supplement and that I need to order a different one instead. Well, of course this raised another red flag because I'm pregnant and there are MANY things I cannot take while pregnant. I asked if there were any negative side effects to taking this supplement while pregnant that could harm the baby - and the guy on the phone was not sure and would have to ask the doctor. So I looked it up online and It is NOT recommended for women while pregnant. Received a phone call back and he informed me it was ok.....Are you guys just trying to save your ass? The third issue that arises is that I have food sensitivity to beef and they told me to put beef tallow on my face for skin issues I'm encountering. The process offered is painless laser treatment to collapse fat cells at the superficial level. It will not reduce deep internal body fat. My own goal was to reduce my lower abdominal and upper thigh body fat that is resistant to dieting. I was able to subtract three inches from my waist within the first week. My pants fit better and are more comfortable. I did sign up for 30 treatment sessions so I can have the technician target upper arms, back, buttocks and hips. I have seen a difference in all areas after five weeks of thrice weekly visits. Dieting isn't going as well as I hoped but even with that there are positive reductions of "love handles" etc. I recommend this business. If you carry a lot of extra weight, mostly internal fat, don't expect stellar results from this procedure. Diet and exercise are the ultimate cures for that condition. Calories in must be less than calories out.
