I liked that on their website there were different coaches to choose from so you can find your person :) and they allow you to have free calls with any of the coaches to see who matches best. After working with Colleen I was surprised to discover exactly why I didn't feel resonance with law. She helped me look at my personality, strengths, and values, and it all made sense when I could see that within my law career, I had strengths I wasn't even using. It was fun to create a list of requirements that when in place have me feel like I am thriving. Then we brainstormed different careers, vetted the ones I came up with, and narrowed down what I know now is my right-fit career path. Now I'm inspired and energized!
