My elderly mother was in need of…read morehearing aids back in 2022, so we saw the reviews, and thought they would do the best job for her hearing loss. $5000.00 dollars later, this place showed us they have false reviews. My mother was misled! They took advantage of an elderly woman who needed help. My mother called them several times letting them know the hearing aids were NOT! sculpted correctly to her ears. They kept falling out. We took my mom several times for them to fix her issues. Unfortunately the woman doctor didn't know anything about the sizing of the hearing aids for my Mother. The hearing aids kept falling out. My Mom purchased these hearing aids back in April or May of 2022, and only wore them twice, because they were not fitted properly. They knew this! Don't go to this place, unless you are okay giving your money away to scam artists! They are full of it. If we only knew they take advantage of elderly people, my family and I would have taken my mom to a reputable place that doesn't take advantage of the elderly! Buyers beware!

These people are very aggressive in trying to collect $25 for "missed" appointments even when the…read moreappointment was cancelled in advance. Which it was. On the other hand they have zero issues changing appoints sometimes multiple times up until the night before a morning appointment the next day. The final straw was when I was in the office waiting to see a doctor and was informed that I could not see him unless I signed a paper acknowledging that I "owed" them $25 for the missed appointment. When making the appointment I had explained in advance on the phone that I was disputing that charge and the person making the new appointment stated that a new appointment had nothing to do with the disputed charge. Until I showed up and they wanted the visit to be conditional on my signing that paper. If the point of that little exercise was to inflict a missed appointment on me because they believe that I did that to them then count me as inflicted.
