I shopped locally (Bennington, VT) to find a Display Port to HDMI Cable. A staples employee was in…read morean aisle, and I asked where I would find this part. He pointed to the next couple of aisles and didn't want to take the time to assist a customer exactly where to find this. I searched and was not able to find what I needed. I asked another Staples employee walking by, she said she would check her computer and let me know if there were any in stock. In the meantime, she cashed a couple of shoppers out and I went up to her and asked if she found anything. She said they don't have it in stock, and I asked her if they had a computer person more knowledgeable to find a capable part. She said I will be with you shortly and was cashing more customers out. Not very good customer service. I ended up leaving and ordering this part on Amazon and even paying the shipping fee.

Well, the manager does. He knows me by "post it girl". This is where I stock up on post its. It may not seem like much to you, but it's pretty darn special to me. No one knows me or recognizes me back home and I LIVE there. Here, I get a welcoming committee. Everyone here is polite and personable. Everyone here is chatty. And everyone here knows, I'm Ericka and I love post its. That alone makes me feel VIP. And as you know, I wear an invisible tiara, so me loves that!! If you live in the area or are breezing through, stop by, get your supplies and share a smile with some really good people who are more than willing to help.
