Dr. Roith came across as a very experienced and calm doctor who genuinely cares about all his patients with an great, caring, and a little jovial bedside manner. I went to my appointment with the thought of removing the toenail, as per all the previous doctors I had shown it to - NP, PCP and even Dermatologists and he made me feel at ease and told me not to worry, and that we will work on it with his treatment (so practical and easy to follow) to eradicate the issue. I went to my primary care physician and another podiatrist and received unsatisfactory recommendations. I was then referred to Dr. Roith and immediately appreciated the way he looked for and addressed the "root cause" of my foot pain and developed a surgical plan accordingly, as a final resort. That foot surgery was nothing short of life-changing. Now in my twenties, I am living a very active, pain-free life, and am able to do all things I missed out on as a teenager due to foot pain. I don't know if they have any form of internal communication system because the amount of times…read morethey have forgotten to submit my labs, contact me back, and give me any form of quality care has been almost non-existent. There is one nurse that I like but the doctors are not impressive. I told a doctor there that I wanted birth control with minimal estrogen and she put me on a stronger estrogen-based pill that made me an emotional mess and increases my risk of stroke based on medical history. I told them I wanted to be taken off the birth control but for months after they still had me in their system as being on those pills. Last time I came in was for a routine STD check. They lost/misplaced my sample three times. I wouldn't have known unless I called them each time asking for a status update. Once I came in with possible strep and they just prescribed me the antibiotics even though my tests came back negative. They also prescribed me medicine for chlamydia even though they hadn't gotten test results back -- and I ended up not having it in the first place. They also gave me a medication for a cold sore and when I tried to do a standard refill they declined it. I have no desire to ask for a reason why so I guess I'm out of luck for that. Expect to wait a decent amount of time and possibly come back several times in case they simultaneously tell you your sample is not viable and yet somehow lost at the same time :) Just go to urgent care. There's a reason this place has a reputation for being a scam in town. Save your time.

After $500 on the treatment plus 3-4 visits prior to the treatment of $50 copays each time I completed my treatment in November. It is now February and my toenail has had zero change on growth or looks. I feel like I was talked into a plan and received zero results. Spending $700+ on a service and getting nothing out of it is very very disheartening. Would never recommend this office to anyone for this type of service
