The owner and the instructor were both really welcoming and put all of us 1st-time visitors at ease. The place is clean, and Danice (yogi) emphasized that all their materials are sanitized. They've got the floor taped off for spacing, and of course it smells calming and peaceful throughout. It's not a big studio, so I'm curious if spots fill up in most classes. I will be back! They have a website to reserve a spot and pay in advance. They may be on the more pricey side, but I honestly have no comparison.

While there are probably many other practices just as skilled, it would be difficult to find one that is better than Lifemotion. There is another practice that was closer to my home, but the fact that they were recommended by my doctor was an important consideration.
