I get there, finish my appointment and ask how much is my copay. The receptionist AND the chiropractor told me to make another appointment and that they will discuss the co-pays and all next time after they have spoken to my insurance company. Next appointment, I have a $50 copay (specialist copay). So I have to $100 which is fine, however, no one goes over ANYTHING with me including my treatment plan, etc. Dr. Holton himself even came up to me and said he will meet with me to go over blah blah. Anyway, a few appointments later, my back pain is worse, they take all of my money from my FSA, the chiropractor treating me is asking me if he gave me stretches, etc. If you are treating me, you should know that and have it on file, and no you never gave me anything. So fed up and don't want to go back, they call me at least 4 times to make another appointment! Dr. Holton even called me twice asking me when I am coming back. What is this, a sales job? Ridiculous, I do not recommend this place!

I tend to have conservative expectations about Groupon massages, but this guy was incredible. Knowledgeable, gentle, very personable, great job making me feel comfortable, totally professional. I booked a series of three massages to work out a tough knot in my shoulder and he customized the treatment to focus on my needs. I got the impression that he really cared. Also, for ladies who aren't always comfortable with male therapists...zero creep factor. I think I've found my permanent guy. My boyfriend's series of 3 starts next month. I'm totally jealous :-) Just a note, he'll crack your back and neck unless you ask him not to do so. It was a little outside my comfort level and I mentioned that. He was totally cool and flexible and did straight massage from that point forward.
