I can't praise Core And Spine enough. Many years ago I had an issue with walking, my legs went numb. After treatment I was walking and haven't stopped. so thankful!!! About 2 weeks ago I sprained/strained my neck. The pain was intense and incredible. I met with Dr Spano and he set me up on treatment plan. I met with Dr Faer explained my issue and he zeroed in on where I needed adjustment. After 3 visits the pain is nearly gone!!! With each visit Dr Faer has treated the painful neck with care and precision! I'm calling him Dr Magic Fingers!!! Think twice before you go here. I had a terrible experience at this place. i went in for a muscle spasm and had to stop after 2 sessions as they wanted to adjust my spine to correct my posture and it left me with so much more pain that i am still trying to recover from it 2 weeks into it. Dr. Spano comes across nice and caring but it looks like he's got his hands full and is taking on more patients without having the bandwidth for it. There's miscommunication going on between dr. and staff and they don't tell you details so you don't know when they are making mistakes. I caught one in my second session and they corrected it which is crazy that i had to watch out for what treatment is given to me. The facility setup itself is like walking in a fish market with tables in an open area and people getting care without any privacy and you are just directed by his staff to move around to get your next treatment. The staff expect you to call them and trying to do multiple things and handling multiple patients at the same time. Too much multi-tasking IMO for doing treatment and making someone feel better. I don't know how there are 5 star reviews on google for this place - its super misleading. Dr. Spano is good but he can't handle all patients and so when the care goes into the hands of his staff - you can expect things to get messed up and done to you without you really needing it. Before even analyzing any xrays - they started treatment for me. The treatment was not very clear and the PT and doctors in their practice just did the things without explaining what they are trying to do and why. Its also my mistake to not have asked more questions and i trusted the recommendation of the physiatrist i saw which was wrong. read more

My highest recommendation, I've been to many in the past 20 years and this Chiropractic organization is the best. It starts with a complete understanding of your issues and what kind of treatments you've had in the past and what has been successful. Not only do they give you a complete consultation of what you should and shouldn't be doing regularly but they take that into consideration when they provide a solution for your ailment. I originally was a chiropractic patient until Dr.Spano requested an MRI. When Dr.Z reviewed my MRI, it turned out that I had a herniated disc and I was then recommended to the Physical Therapy section of the office. Thats when I met Doctor Stephanie, the PT, she is very sweet and did the original evaluation on me. After the first visit, the Physical Therapist Assistant, Stockly began working with me every visit. When I started working with Stockly, I couldn't walk without dragging my leg across the floor and needing assistance to walk due to the herniated disc. I thought I would never get back to normal again. But, Stockly was very gentle, patient and definitely smart (knew what he was doing). Within 2 months, I was walking perfectly fine. If you saw me for the first time when I left the office on my last day, you would've never known that I was unable to walk without assistance. I give all my thanks to Stockly and Dr.Spano and Dr.Z. They were all great. As far as the office, the front desk is very nice when it comes to scheduling. The aides are awesome and friendly. The office overall is very busy but isn't that a good thing?! This was my first physical therapy experience and I don't have many good things to say. The office is very crowded and noisy even at off times. When I made the appointment I asked if they had a therapist who had experience in working with patients with facial paralysis. They told me they did, and that I would see Dr Stephanie. She was very nice for the 10 minutes (total) that I saw her. For the rest of that appointment, and all of my future appointments, I never saw her again. Different techs or assistants would cycle in to set up a tens machine and then take it off. Then someone would pop in to hand me a straw so that I could blow into it for three minutes and that person would then completely disappear. One time the person disappeared for 15 minutes and I sat there doing nothing for so long that I eventually got up and left the office. It was always similar to that. I never felt like I was receiving any care. The last time I was there I waited 30 minutes for my half-a$$ed "therapy" session. I could not have been more done. read more

Dr. Spano and his staff are very nice and professional. I came to Dr. Spano for neck pain and dizziness causes by tight neck muscles. Before coming to this office, I'd been to two other chiropractor's who sold me a bunch of bologna and no results! I've been suffering with dizziness for one year!!! I've also been to every doctor under the sun. I had 2 MRI'S and thank God everything came back normal, except for c5, c6 disc hernation. Dr. Spano was the first Dr. To be honest with me, and explained, that he could adjust me over and over, and it would not improve the dizziness, until i started working on the tight muscles first! His Massage Therapist Lisa is the BOMB!! OMG, Ive never had a massage like the one she gives! Lisa gets into the muscle knots (trigger points) and releases those suckers! She's also very kind, and knowledgeable! She explained to me, that muscle has memory, and that it will take a while for me to get better, as the muscles slowy, but surely start to loosen up. I've only been to her twice, and i leave there feeling very light. Also, the dizziness is not as bad, and i can feel it dissipating little by little!
