While Dr. Delamora isn't expected to know insurance policies, simply letting people know they might want to check with their insurance before automatically buying the equipment from his office a big help to patients.

Dr. McWilliam has excellent bedside manner and was willing to actually listen to my concerns, regardless of my age, and also fully and frankly explained what was wrong/what complications I could expect with various treatment options. Ultimately, I opted for surgical repair, and he did an excellent job. His office staff are fantastic and caring, and the entire team took care of me while I was healing. Unfortunately, the front office has been one of the worst experiences I've had with any medical practice. My interactions with the office staff have been consistently frustrating and, at times, upsetting. They often come across as rude, dismissive, and combative, making patients feel like they are a nuisance simply for calling the office. On one occasion, a staff member answered the phone by saying, "What do you want?" in an abrasive tone, which was completely unprofessional. Michelle, in particular, has repeatedly been difficult to work with and has come across as unkind and unwilling to help. Phone calls frequently go unanswered or are never returned, appointments have been scheduled incorrectly, and I've received conflicting information from the office on multiple occasions. Instead of helping resolve issues, interactions often create more confusion and unnecessary stress. It's incredibly disappointing because the physicians provide exceptional care, but the front office experience consistently falls far below that standard. I sincerely hope the practice addresses these concerns, as patients deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism from the moment they contact the office.

Unfortunately, for whatever reason, I had a lot of trouble adjusting to the orthotics for my left foot. I received the initial pair in August 2014, and had to come back to Dr. Peters roughly five or six times over the subsequent nine months. I certainly wished the troubles I had were not so time-consuming, but what was appreciated was that despite this, Dr. Peters spent the extra time and worked on adjustments to ensure I was comfortable. Further, he agreed not to charge me any co-pays, and as the calendar year changed (and my insurance deductible kicked in), Dr. Peters agreed not to charge me at all for the final few appointments. He was committed to making sure the orthotics worked for me, even without earning additional fees for the added services. I am appreciative of the high level of care Dr. Peters continues to provide even though, at this point, the economics for him and his office are unfavorable. The extra care goes a long way, and I am happy to share this experience with the community since I know we often complain about patient care elsewhere.

They always treated me with respect and were eager to help me with my chronic headaches. The front desk staff as well are superb--they are kind, caring and work hard to make sure all clients needs are met including reminder calls, working out billing issues etc. The office Manager is fantastic as well-she always was in a good mood and kept me updated if the Chiropractors were running late etc. They try to fit as many appointments as possible into every hr so often there could be a bit of a wait when you get into one of the rooms and they are a bit rushed to have your treatment completed. Unfortunately, the extensive amounts of appointments and money spent did not help my headaches in the end. I went for multiple months and at first 4 days/week for a while, then 3 days and eventually twice a week. I also was paying out of pocket until I met my insurance deductible as well. I suffer from a rare type of headache disorder which does not respond well to Chiropractic Care it seems and perhaps made it worse--I have been going regularly to Physical Therapy and that has given me some relief. Just understand that Chiropractic care will not help EVERYONE, and they do extensive testing to try to design a care plan for you but it is not guaranteed to help in the end...I am glad I gave it a shot however.

Every single one came off as a car salesman more invested in milking me for all my money than improving my health. I experienced shocking tactics from these "chiropractors" from free visits in exchange for 5 star reviews, to locking me into a payment plan for the next year of care (regardless of if I would respond to treatment), to charging me $300 for an xray before they would adjust me just to adjust me anyway after I refused. I never experienced this with Dr. Sofos. It actually felt MEDICAL as opposed to sales-y. From the moment we met, he was professional and personable. He did an initial examination of my back, sent me for muscle stimulation and heat therapy before adjusting my back, talking through specific nerves and areas of my back with visual aid, and then teaching and assigning me stretches to do for my specific pain.
