Being a runner, spa massages while relaxing just don't cut it. Don is well trained and professional and knows how to treat athletic related aches and pains. He also knows when an ache or pain requires more than a massage, as indicated by his suggesting I see my doctor after chronic neck and shoulder pain. The office is always clean and as others have mentioned, the prices are better than spa rates, and so is the massage! If you are in need of a massage be sure to check them out!
