I can only speak for myself but the last time I was there the PT said he had to do something and just left me for over 15 minutes. I finally left. They were great before. They helped me with my walking issue, going up and down slopes. I kept asking them to address another issue in the same way, which was by doing the same walking for an hour. Its tedious and boring but that was ultimately how I conquered the slope walking. Instead they kept stopping and starting it as tthey would leave to talk to another PT, Sometimes it was to hekllp another clinet and that I get, seems to be the way all PT groups work.
