The yard is so bad you cannot get into the side gate to the backyard because a tree is blocking the entrance and the grass is high and the bushes have not been trimmed. I requested it be tended to because it was not in a condition that was acceptable as a new tenant. They sent someone over who only did half of the yard. They left the other part incomplete and stated that it would be done over time. We have been here about 6 weeks and it is still undone. When we moved in the refrigerator did not work. It took about 3 weeks to get a refrigerator. They did not provide us with any workarounds until a week or so before the new refrigerator came. We had to make other accommodations staying other places because we were not able to store any food. This was difficult as I am 9 months pregnant. We were without a refrigerator for weeks. There were bugs throughout the home, other people belongings in the home denying us access to utilize the property as it was advertised. We had to clean one of the rooms that was covered in dust and spider webs. Their excuse was that it was used as a storage room so it did not have to be cleaned. This property management company promised us they would clean the carpet in the room that was filthy. This has yet to happen. There were other understandable issues that we have had up to this point, however the lack of response and excuses from this company is ridiculous. There is no sense of urgency. I spoke to Yvonne who promised she would discount the rent for the month due to all of the issues. She did not. When I contacted them to inquire about it I was ignored. They find tenants quickly and Tony is extremely responsive to them and us; he always addresses any issues and lets us weigh in on the larger items.
