They create bold faced lies and do not take accountability. They will hang up on you as if they don't care or need your business. They care nothing for their customers. I guess being a corporate store (franchise) they get business just because people have insurance and HAVE to take their devices there. If you don't HAVE to, I highly recommend you don't take your devices there (unless you are OK with really, really bad service). Update: I received a reply from "corporate office" you can read below.... but its strange because i left this review AFTER I tried calling that exact number, only to be transferred twice then told to contact Samsung for some reason.... which I promptly did and advised them to consider reviewing this locations certification as an authorized repair facility. But still no real resolution. Stay away, you've been warned. BTW the Titusville location was way better at customer service, Palm Bay, not so much. Batteris plus is also a Samsung authorized center.
