Not only was he EXTREMELY rude but he tried to find any excuse to get more money out of me. I am a college student with a part-time job and for me it took extra effort to be able to afford fixing it at such high price. This selfish, arrogant man will sell you low quality screens that will shit out after a month then refuse to fix it at no cost out of greed. If you don't believe me, you can contact the General Manager for this mall and she will confirm that this store has had plenty of complaints that will cost him his next year's renewal.
