I drove back to the store and asked for a refund but the guy told me NO. Why sell me a cover that will not work wit me charger when I specified what I wanted. They create bold faced lies and do not take accountability. They will hang up on you as if they don't care or need your business. They care nothing for their customers. I guess being a corporate store (franchise) they get business just because people have insurance and HAVE to take their devices there. If you don't HAVE to, I highly recommend you don't take your devices there (unless you are OK with really, really bad service).
