If you're beyond the reach of Cable or DSL and satellite is too expensive or too unreliable, your option has been limited to LTE internet, where companies pull a signal off local cell towers. I have blown through THREE of these companies; mostly they are small startup, erratically managed, with great promises but lukewarm follow through. The last one we subscribed to suddenly dropped our connection, and when I tried to contact them, I found their website was discontinued and the phone line was cut off. I work online, so panicked, I started researching other companies and they all threw up red flags--short time in existence, limited customer service, poorly constructed websites. At 6:00 am on a Sunday morning I found SPARK. It looked promising; it was a brick and mortar store, offered more services than just rural internet, had been in existence since 2014 and had a substantial staff (check their ABOUT page for a really impressive summary). So crossing my fingers I opened a chat window and lo and behold there was Kylie, a REAL person, not a bot, who answered most of my questions. On Monday morning I called and spoke to Nick Parson. He was honest, forthright, informed and personable. I immediately signed up. Nick told me my modem would be tested in house and then shipped out FedEx and I should get it within a week. It was here in 3 days. Yesterday I set up the internet, and when I had trouble getting the modem connected, I called, and Nick Allen and Jemel James walked me through until we were up and running beautifully. We now have our phones, laptops, desktops, TV, Sonos and a few appliances all successfully connected. I know if anything goes wrong I have a legitimate company who has my back and is always there. FINALLY. Having been burned three times, I can't recommend SPARK highly enough. If you call, say hi to the Nicks for me. Now I have to get back online to work. THANK YOU, SPARK!

It was supposed to be all new stuff in it. it was a windows XP that had been upgraded with several things not on because the mother board and hardware could not run everything in that windows version. It had downloaded porn on it . also a video of the worker and dog in shop. Told me that i could not get the card reader and did not want to put dbl cd/dvd in it. They charged almost 700 bucks for it to . VERY VERY rude and hateful . called to see if they offered support for it since it cost so much. unbelievably just way rude when we took it back because of the porn and it being used they tried to say that wasn't true but there it was on my computer not to mention well the guy was still logged in on Google forgot to log out. I asked for all my boxes for the Mother board , Graphics,etc... only got the graphics and when we took it back in they switched the good graphics card for less quality one .VERY HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND These guys unless you want to be lied to ripped off. Im still shocked about this . The older man was nice and was he was pissed at guys for what they did he told them to give me what I wanted. well it was a massive rip off for that much money . And I did not get what I wanted But hell you pay someone that much to custom make you a computer and it is just the biggest let down. plus only thing that was new was the graphics but they took it back and gave me a worse one unreal. I didn't know much about Pcs back then but I do now. I did know what i wanted though. Tried doing updates on my cd/dvd rw and guess what I couldn't . Because they lied about what was actually in it . The casing of the dbl layer said it was a LightScribe It had a off brand one and a very old HP one, but they put it in a double case of a LightScribe one . I didn't' find out until few years later when i actually took it and opened the dvd case thing myself hard drive was not new, nothing was but it did have some cool looking blue lights in it. that did not last long.I am very sure they will remember who I am because it was not cool at all. maybe not my name but they will know what this is about. EXSPECIALLY THE PORN. When I called and asked why in the Event Viewer there were a massive amount of things lit up red saying there was stuff wrong and not on and warnings , my answer from them was, Why the hell are you in there anyway , I said well probably because its my computer. Then I was told very rude that no support was offered and that they had to learn everything their selves. The reason was because it was a custom upgraded windows xp to a windows 7 and it could not run everything that the windows 7 did because to old of hardware so a lot of things were turned off to make it run and look like it was ok . But it was far from it. this will never happen again !!!!!!!

I did a Google search and found Yelp. I made a request to have a piece of electronic equipment…read morerepaired (installation of a new frontal display). A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display. He removed it and replaced it with a new one that I had recently purchased online. After he put it back together I plugged it in and tested it and it worked perfectly.
