A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display. He removed it and replaced it with a new one that I had recently purchased online. After he put it back together I plugged it in and tested it and it worked perfectly. Guess they have more business than they can handle because I talked to the man 3 times. The first time he was to busy told me to call him the next day. The second time I talked to him he was busy but was supposed to call me either way if he could get to me or not it was a friday but said he could get to me on Monday. He didn't call either way. Monday came no call no show so I called he apologized said he was by himself and we scheduled it for another day. Again no call no show. I called several more times but never got a return call. Im understanding about being busy and a 1-2 man operation but multiple no call back and no show for a easy 20 min job. Ridiculous!!
