I even asked him some questions about the laptop (which I already knew) to see how he would reply and he was spot on. Thanks for that! We also asked about new wi-fi/router service options and what he could not answer, he quickly had Luke come over to help answer. Lack of communication and attention between customer and staff…read more To start off, my wife and I had to wait for assistance for a new tv for a long time until we went up to the counter for help. As we went up, we noticed a group of employees together just talking and hanging out. We eventually got the help and got the tv. However, we had to schedule a delivery appointment and that's where it continued to get worse. We a scheduled the delivery appointment but the delivery truck broke down on the way to our home (which I understand is out of control). We then had to schedule ANOTHER appointment much more days in advance. Once the day arrived, we noticed that the tv never came and had to call another employee not from the store. He then told us about the lack of communication from the store on why the tv never delivered and schedule ANOTHER delivery day. We're still waiting on what happens next. You're better off going somewhere else if you don't want unresponsive and irresponsible people to help you out.
