Also I added some new external drives based on the failure of an old one and needed to update my Time Machine, all of which he did. Mike made a house call and fixed all my network problem in about 3 hours. He also diagnosed my one hard drive on the I-Mac was failing and got it replaced and upgraded in 2 days.
