Chris went above and beyond to help me when my computer stopped working on a Friday afternoon. He also told me he was pretty sure my motherboard was fried. He even looked up my laptop on the manufacturers website and informed me it was still under warranty and then didn't even charge me. This must be the worst and most sketchy business I've seen so far. I've sent them my laptop a couple of years back for an LCD replacement and they had said it would take a week. The laptop sat there for over a month with no fix. They ordered the wrong screen twice then gave me back my laptop with the whole screen screwed up after it was only the right part of it. Now two years later, I pulled my old laptop off of the shelf to mess with it. Removed the broken LCD myself and guess what I found? My webcam is gone!!!! One of the screws wasn't there!!! Even the cable that connects the webcam was gone, too. Nobody has ever opened up my laptop but them two years ago. They'd just put the broken LCD back without putting all the screws back. That tells me that they didn't even actually try to fix my sh!t at all. So, I know this is a very late review, but I feel like I need to give them what they actually deserve. I'll never change my review until they contact me and compensate me for messing up my laptop. I'll go all over Facebook and tell ALL my friends from Durant (and I have a lot of them) to stay away from them. Also going to do the same on twitter and G+. read more
