That was two years and several repairs ago for different electronics devices culminating most recently with my son's two plus year iPad Pro which suffered a broken power button and was out of warranty. The company that goes by a fruity name would only offer a replacement iPad at a cost of nearly $700, whereas Fix Factor took it in and repaired it lickety-split and at a very very very small small percentage of the fruity price.
