got my screen replaced and within 3 weeks i have all kinds up dust and dirt under my screen (i can physically see the dirt in my camera and when i facetime someone or take a selfie you can see the spots of dirt. my screen has almost like a blur tint to it from time to time and on some phone calls my screen is blacked out and can't do anything. and as of today 10/26/2025 i have now have lines on my screen so i try to go to UBreakifix in arden and there hours for sunday is 12-5 and i showed up at 12:53 doors are locked, lights are off and no response to me knocking. and in my personal opinion my new screen was put on poorly. if it were put on correctly and sealed correctly i should be getting dirt in my phone. because when something is sealed its sealed. read more

I took my MacBook to have it checked out for something that I did not think was a problem with the MacBook itself but rather something I had inadvertently done to make an undesirable change to how it was functioning for me. The man at the counter took it to the back room and after about 10 minutes he came back and said he had made the adjustment needed. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said there was no charge because it wasn't actually broken. Called discussed cleaning playstation 5 on Sat. cost would be 100.00 dollars because of how long it would take to clean it. they said 2 to 2 and one half hours. Later made appt,. for Thurday took it in two employees there said the cost would be 120.00 dollars and it would be a 48 hour turn around because they have 31 items to work on unless I sign up for the program they are offering which is a monthly fee and I could get the cleaning today and pay nothing. First off I never leave reviews I hate dogging companies, but Ubreakifix was a top valued business by me and my clients, always took our problems to them for a simple fix. Not anymore.. this this past week I took a clients phone there for a simple screen repair, took it on the 10th and was back the next day on the 11th with worse problems. They swore they fixed it and checked it multiple times before calling me having me head that way. Today the 13th the phone is experiencing more problems then it did on the 10th. Overheating to the point the screen cracked, multiple times of a blank screen on phone calls and messaging , not even a proprietary Apple screen they put on. I called and explained the extent of the more damage that THEY caused after FIXING THE SCREEN. They said sorry we don't cover damage that is already there when it was a brand new screen that doesn't even work!! Absolute scummy business that I will never use again and steer plenty of people away from. Not to mention it was a 280$ screen that doesn't work shop wisley yall! read more

I accidentally spilt liquid into the charging port of my iPad and I brought it there and I wait two days and it was ready they replaced the charging port and they even tested it. And they gave me a 10$ coupon for next time. Definitely recommend if you broke your screen or your charging port. They guy at the counter was also friendly to me. It cost about 199$ to fix the charging port which I thought was a decent price and if the screen broke while taking out the screen it cost 299$ It's a 50% the screen will break while lifting it up and there is a 50% the screen will not break while lifting it up. Which I think is supposed to happen as the newer iPads such as the pro have a super thin screen. But luckily my did not break. Happy my iPad is charging now! read more

Best place to get electronic repair in the Asheville area. I had a amazing experience working with Jimmy and his staff. This location was the only cell phone repair business in the area that had parts in house to fix my phone but was also the cheapest. To add to the experience they are Samsung certified which renewed the warranty on my galaxy note 9. I could not say enough good things about the kindness and courtesy I was met with during the full experience. AMAZING! My 2011 imac is working like new again! I have a 2011 pre-owned imac that was stuck in a boot loop. Apple told me that it was time to back up my data and plan to buy a new computer. [Out with the old, in with the new.] A Mac store had my computer for almost a week and couldn't tell me anything about what was wrong...
