They put in a new hd and windows 10. He had some problems with his laptop so I said I would look at for him. Lo and behold the idiot that worked on it wedged the hard drive in with a folded up piece of cardboard, did not install a caddy, which in this model uses two rubber rails on the side of it and the hd cover was broken! All the tech had to do was order the rails and a hd cover and it would of been a good repair! However jury rigging it like that I have never ever seen in my thirty odd yrs of computers. The parts would of cost him about $18 a small price to pay
