I thought that was the end of it until I got another bill without explanation. Called the company and spoke to a woman in accounting who angrily spoke over me whenever I spoke; I protested this and she hung up on me. Called back and after several minutes of talking to probably the rudest, nastiest person in Bangor was told that the bill had been sent by mistake. If you want to get overcharged for sub-professional service and get treated like a problem, then this company is definitely for you. If not, hire someone -- anyone -- else. Dealing with SJ Rollins has been a nightmare. They are by far the rudest, most inept, and unprofessional entity I have ever dealt with in the six years I have been living here.
