They always are busy playing on their phones or talking and make you stand there...yes buddy I am here..Yes buddy I am waiting...!!! They just look at you like you will give up and leave if they ignore you another minute or two longer. But I have to be there for my elderly mother, SO guys I am not leaving no matter how much you stare at me.. I really hate going here. so they finally wait on me, and I give her info. Pay her bill and they can't give a receipt..every single time out of paper for the printer machine..this one I truly cant understand..seriously about 8 out of 10 months of going here..only 2 times have I gotten her receipt and they never enter the right codes so her phone doesn't renew and I have to go back to have them put the codes in correctly because they wont do it over the phone!!! This kills me!!!!! But, my elderly 75 yr old mother will not switch!!! she loves AT&T...ugh!!!

I looked on Google they have a 4.4 rating which I know didn't come from people. Those ratings how to came from employees. When I bought my new phone in January I ordered off line I looked at Google at the time because I had a question and no one would ever answer the phone and there was a one star rating.
