Martin at the OzSpy Brunswick store is extremely rude and arrogant to deal with and I've been…read moremeaning to post a review for quite some time. Firstly, he was not helpful at all. He was more concerned with trying to upsell me products unsuitable for my needs and products that aren't even endorsed by OzSpy. When I tried to return one of them, he ignored me, provided no customer support, and eventually didn't end up honouring his return policy for faulty products. He is way too overpriced compared to other spy stores and he charges more in his store than the advertised prices on the OzSpy website! I'm also both very appalled and concerned with OzSpy's integrity due to drug trafficking and weapons offences by the OzSpy organisation. We had discovered Global Gossip whilst we were there…read more We tracked down this shop pretty quickly to: a) let all our friends and family know we had arrived b) convert our Global Gossip card to work in Australian Dollars from New Zealand dollars c) find out about mobile/cell phone options. This store was extremely helpful. They converted hubby's card and we got a second card for me. They also provided us with a sim card which at the time was on Vodafone (I have no idea one year on whether they are still provided by Vodafone). There are a number of internet terminals available. Additionally there are points where you can plug in your own netbook/laptop. Long opening hours. Close to many shops, restaurants and attractions. Superb. If you need a way to communicate with friends and family who are overseas I would definitely suggest checking out Global Gossip!
