The worst company i have ever dealt with! booked an end of lease cleaning and they tried to charge…read moredouble what i booked for when they arrived onsite, even though what i payed for was much more than the cleaning needed to be actually done. Then when i cancelled the service they sent another team and charge another $250 to my account without authorisation. i have had to lock my bank account and order a new card. Now they will not answer phone calls or reply to emails about refunding $700 they have taken from me for no service whatsoever. the clean wasn't even meant to be that much. it was $400!! The whole company is A SCAM!
