Staff always tell my mother that she will get a callback, but they don't ever call back and when her staff calls back they never know anything about her case or they'll tell us that everything has been submitted, but nothing has been. Staff is very friendly and you can tell that they want to help, but it seems like everything has to go through the office manager WHO IS FREAKING TERRIBLE AND SUPER FREAKING RUDE. She doesn't care about your problems, belittles you, and makes you feel like youre asking for too much. Marisol is one of the rudest office managers I have ever met. She's so unprofessional and treats the other staff members unprofessionally. For my mom's case, we've checked our portal with NVC multiple times and nothing. My mother's perdon has been approved for over a year and yet nothing has been done to get her interview scheduled at Cuidad Juarez. I've consulted with another attorney who told me all of this and recommended I move to a different firm. We paid a pretty penny and have seen zero results.
