The delivery was spot on time, gave me a call 15 minutes out. I live in a very old house with narrow doorways and steep steps. Jack and Ray delivered these appliances after many measurements, without any complaints as to the difficulty. Took off my doors with great care and hauled these heavy appliances up my narrow back steps weaving around a railing where there was not 1/4 inch to spare. They took care and time with all aspects, from Jack showing me tips of how to use the induction range to Ray making sure I was careful about putting frozen food into the freezer before it was at the temperature required. I truly valued their help and most important to me, was their attitude of concern towards me, the homeowner and the respect it reflected towards Bouchard Pierce. I requested remediation in a timely manner with photos and was denied by their contracted 802 Cabinetry dealer (who owns them which is a conflict!) and additionally them as they report my issues to be industry standards. Once you pay this company, they do not care about you or your cabinets. They lack any and all empathy or basic human understanding of a home. I am a mom of 3 children, and this was my 1 time being able to redo our kitchen and KOB has completely failed me. Although I have full acknowledgement from Briann their sales rep that my experience has been terrible and they failed on numerous fronts, they will NOT remedy this in any manner. I will be taking them to court to rectify this 10,000+ error in their service and quality of work. DO NOT SHOP HERE! It is illegal and immoral what they are doing to people.

The back was buckled, drawers moved poorly, veneer on the sides was cracking and buckling off. They did such a beautiful restoration job. The chests gleam, the drawers move smoothly, the wood is a joy to touch, the veneer carefully bolstered. They kept to the original wood as much as possible, adding small pieces where there were gaps in drawer bottoms or where shims were needed. They made the right choice in choosing not to refinish the hidden face of the bottom chest, protecting records inked into the wood by and about the original purchaser. We'll definitely bring other antiques we inherited to the brothers, and highly recommend their work to others.

After comparing prices, we found that Burlington Furniture was quoting us $2,000 more than a California company, even with shipping and assembly included. Still, we wanted to support a local business, so we returned to Burlington Furniture, and they agreed to match the competitor's price. We were given an estimated delivery date of 4/30. When we followed up, we were surprised to hear that our furniture wouldn't arrive for nearly two more months. We understand that delays happen, but we were frustrated by the lack of communication. I called the manager to get clarity and was told that the employee who gave us that update was no longer with the company. She promised to follow up--which she did--but she didn't provide a new delivery timeline. Instead, she told us the order wasn't actually delayed and that deliveries typically arrive two weeks after the estimated date. It's unclear why the original estimate wouldn't account for that window, and what's worse, I never heard back from the manager again. Ultimately, the delivery company brought our furniture just five days after the estimated date, which we appreciated--but the poor communication and lack of accountability from Burlington Furniture left a bad impression. We're happy with the product, but extremely disappointed in the service. Sadly, this experience has cost Burlington Furniture a customer.

Squeeeee! This place is AMAZING…read more I seriously cannot believe I've never been in/heard of this place after driving by it so often... and me being in love with all things old and chippy. The place is huge! It is pretty well organized. There is furniture throughout. There is a section for bathtubs---beautiful old clawfoot bathtubs. Oh yes, there is a section of just clawfeet too! There are tons of old doors, windows, reclaimed wood, cabinets, hardware, and so much more. I could spend hours in that place. And don't worry, I will. It was pretty cold in there today and my partner in crime was being a baby so I had to dillydally and linger less than I wanted to. The prices as marked were highish, but they are probably negotiable. I've got my mind on several pieces so I will update when I go back.
