Not a fun experience. Tried to sell me a part that wasn't right for what I needed, then got upset…read morewith me when I told him that wouldn't work for me, and told me "You don't know what you're doing and you need to hire a repairman". Even though I totally diagnosed my refrigerator myself, found the faulty part, looked up the part number, and knew exactly what I wanted. And what he was offering me, was not it. Oh, and when I simply asked to look at the part closely for a moment to confirm if I could make it work, he said "If you touch it you own it!", even though the part was in a sealed bag and I was standing right in front of him. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for appliance assistance.

My clients have an old dryer. It wasn't working properly, so they had me call this company. They've…read moredone business with them before and were happy. Ownership must have changed because what happened this time was completely outrageous. I made an appointment for someone to come out, and was told they do not accept credit cards. The charge would be $95. I went and looked at the dryer more closely and determined the belt was probably broken. Also, the door needed to be reversed to make it easily accessible. The repairman came, told my client that it was the belt, but he didn't have any on the truck. He said he'd have to order it. He collected $95 cash, saying the next time, there would NOT be a $95 service fee, and left. Two days later, I get a call saying they have the part in and the total to fix the dryer would be an additional $195. $290 to replace a belt and reverse the door? They could buy a brand new dryer for $387!! I ordered a $9 belt from Amazon, installed it myself and reversed the dryer door. This lousy company could have asked a few upfront questions about the make/model number and what the problems were. It could have been fixed when the guy came out if he'd been prepared. Instead, they want to make money on 2 trips and over charge for a simple repair that took less than 20min, I do not recommend using them.
