I had to call a central line but even they couldn't connect me with the store, even after I provided the name of the consultant I spoke with. The problem is that I was sold a wrong product, not the one discussed and advised in store, which I only realised after opening the package when I got home, after travelling over 100 km from the store. Instead of offering me a replacement to be posted to my home address, I was advised to travel back to the store!!! Absolutely z ridiculous! I will never shop in Currys ever again and will advise anyone not to do so too!
