omg, had an appointment at 3pm, got there and checked in, and had to wait AN HOUR. then finally went back at 4 and had to wait 40 minutes to see the doctor. so inconsiderate of patients who actually take time to schedule an appointment. like if im going in for my last check up for a foot that was broken but is now healed, i don't get the point of making an appointment if its gonna actually end up being two hours later than the one i scheduled. i recommend literally anywhere else! this place is HORRIBLE!!! And the care quality was 1/10 because clearly they don't care if they're making patients wait 2 hours for an appointment that could take 30 minutes. read more

Not happy. Sent here in June for a check up regarding a work injury. Had two PT sessions and was released and told I'd feel better in a few weeks. 4 months later I'm still having a lot of problems with that shoulder until finally it dislocated a 2nd time. The first time i was pretty happy with my care, but yesterdays visit ticked me off. Spent several hours in the ER Thursday night. XRays, pain meds, mobility tests, everything. Doctors agree 2 dislocations in 4 months isnt normal. Recommend an MRI and a shoulder specialist. Worker's comp sends me back to Concetra for another check in. I spent several hours in the waiting room -- in pain might I add -- only for the doctor to see me for less than five minutes. He did some very very basic movement tests, he tugged on my arm -- which hurt so bad I about burst into tears at that exact second -- then told me my shoulder seems totally stable and that the MRI and specialist were probably overkill. I had to INSIST that I be able to get an MRI because this guy tried Two dislocations in four months does not seem stable and I'm not sure how a gentle tug on my bicep means my shoulder is totally fine. Was he expecting it to just fall out of the socket? I need this MRI. I'm a personal trainer. I need to be able to lift weights and box with clients. In the four months since the 1st injury, thats all been incredibly limited -- it certainly didnt go back to normal like I was promised the first time through, no matter how much or how often i did the PT work. So for this guy to take one brief look at me and tell me it was probably nothing and then try to talk me out of the MRI was really frustrating. It was on my ER sheets that that was supposed to be my next step. I am tired of being in pain and being so limited. I'm tired of not being able to lift. I'm tired of the way my dad looks at me when I tell him i cant help him with x y z because its not good for my shoulder. And I'm tired of constantly being dismissed. I want answers, and I want to feel better, and I want to be able to use my arm without pain or fear, and everybody seems to want me to get an MRI except this one doctor who spent less than five minutes with me and then shooed me out the door. And yeah, maybe the MRI will come back with no results. Maybe it IS fine. But I'm upset that after all this hassle and multiple people saying I need an MRI, this one guy tugs on my arm and says I don't. Whats the worst thing that could happen if I get it? They don't find anything? What if they DO? I'm just so. Frustrated. And looking theough some other reviews I'm not the only one having shoulder issues who is feeling rushed through and uncared for. This should be about fixing and caring for people, not rushing them back to work as soon as possible. As I was told at an old job: "work slow to work fast." I came in one day for a physical that was ordered for a job and they said it would take 3 hours but if I came back at opening time the next day it would be much faster. I came back the next day as soon as they opened and they were still SO slow. I came in for a physical and it still took THREE hours with 2.5 of those hours waiting in between each step for the next person to come help me. read more

Dr. Jeff Baker is the worst. I went in for a visit for a broken ankle of 5 weeks. He walked in and immediate started asking condescending questions as to why I am still in the boot. (He had never told me not too wear it anymore..) I inquired about an MRI because I was still in pain to which he responded, "Doctors don't usually like it when you tell them how to do their jobs. Do I tell you how to do your job?" I was stunned. He continued to ignore my pain symptoms and lack of mobility in my ankle. I would never work with that Jerk again. read more

I have had great experiences here from the day I started getting care with the doctors and the physical therapists. I was hurt on a job back in June in California and had to be seen here where I now live. They have been kind and caring and have help me motivate (in nice terms) my workers comp adjusters to do more then just write me and my injury off. It is refreshing when you have support from the people healing you and when they also feel like more time and therapy is needed and then go to bat for you means a lot to a person like me. I have nothing but appreciation and kind words for all the hard working ladies and gentlemen that work at this facility. I am thankful for the care I have received and the step above they have taken to show me when they find something more then the" scope of limitations" for the said injury and strongly advise additional testing be done with a primary doctor for immediate care is beyond anything anyone in a medical position has done for me personally. If it wasn't for there push it too would have been swept under the rug. This is the kind of care I feel everyone should get when you are injured. read more

So I came to concentra because of an injury I sustained at work and needed to see the employers authorized work comp doctor and they were the closest to where I live in Loveland. My appointment was at 2:00 and because of this I had to leave work early I spent two and a half hours at the clinic and no more than fifteen minutes with the actual doctor. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a medical clinic, the doctor was very patronizing and did not really respond to much of anything I had to say. I will never go back here and I hope that this review warns others to avoid this place above all others read more

First and foremost, the staff at this location was professional and polite. I had no issue with the actual service during my first visit. The wait time on the other hand was absurd. I was told on the phone for my service it would be 2-2.5 hours in the afternoon so come in the morning. I did that and there were 3-4 people in the lobby. I was told at the desk that it would probably be 2-2.5 hours anyway. It was not. It was 4 hours for a pre-employment physical. This is unacceptable. Service good, wait times bad. The building is nice and the MAs are good. However, I spent nearly 2 hours at Conentra and only spent 5 min with the doctor, Dr Baker. He was completely lacking in empathy, examined body parts unrelated to my claim (probably to boost billing to insurance or something) He said derogatory comments about my employer (who pays him by the way). No wonder Concentra lost a class action lawsuit in CO and had to pay out $8 million to their own patients. If you are injured in Colorado, your employer has to give you a list of 4 doctors you can see. Whatever you do, don't go to Concentra. read more

I went to Concentra three times for the same injury. Once to get the stitches, once to have them looked at and once to have them removed. All three times, I found the care and attention paid to me to be excellent. Dr. Keith M. was always quick with a smile and/or joke that made an unpleasant situation a little more bearable. The rest of the staff was also friendly and efficient, especially the lady that checks you out (I wish I would have gotten her name). As far as the waiting room, there is sometimes a bit of wait... though it was comparable to the times I've spent waiting in other hospitals or doctors offices. What's nice about it is that they give you a wait time when you first arrive so you know what to expect. . I came in at the advice of my father, who has been a general and trauma surgeon for 23 years, due to continued illness after a trip to the middle east. Growing up in the medical community, I had no problem with the wait time, about an hour, especially due to the staff being so friendly and professional. I was fully expecting to have basic blood work done, since urgent care has the capability to do that, and my PCP couldn't see me for 2 months. The doctor examined me for all of 1 minute. First he lectured me about my irresponsibility of not having any vaccinations (I was up to date on boosters) and not having a pre-travel check before traveling overseas (I was perfectly healthy). He examined my belly and when he touched a tender spot, I winced and told him that was painful. Without another word, he ushered me out of the room and told me to go to the ER. Dude. I'm not dying, I need basic blood work to make sure I don't have an infection. Dismissing and telling me to go to the ER was totally unprofessional, but not nearly as unprofessional as REFUSING to speak to my father when he called to tell him what blood work he wanted ordered. The front desk gal (I can't remember her name) looked up a few phone numbers for local PCP's that might be able to get me in for blood work. Sitting here now wondering why I chose this place. The girl at the front clearly hates her job. As soon as you walk in they let you know in the most negative way that you will be here at least 2 hours and you will be paying a minimum of $150 but it will most likely be more. Do not recommend. Please go else where. The doctors there do not seem to know what they are doing. They call and tell you results (which were not even accurate in my case) when they should call you in to the office with such life altering information. Also, they should have called me after they ran all the tests and made sure of the results before telling me false information. If I could left zero stars I would. This center has horrible customer service. The PA is horrible. I have been to this center 3 times in the last week and I still have no diagnosis of what is wrong with my shoulder. They do not care about the patient just getting them back to work no matter the outcome. Everything the PA would say in the room to me is not the same she would put on work restrictions, confusion brought to frustration into my work place. She argues and does not LISTEN to the patients. HORRIBLE bedside manner. They have horrible communication and act as though their time is more important then the injured they are seeing. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. We came in a few minutes after 7am (opening) and were told it would be about 45 minutes to 1 hour for total time in clinic for a sports physical. After 1 hour and five minutes, we finally got into the exam room then the nurse tells us that it will be another 30 minutes before the dr would be in to see us because the second dr doesn't come in until 9.
