I was not seen by a doctor but by their PA. I am alright with the PA, he was good but their receptionist on March 12th needs some training in customer service. This place is not great for anyone who doesn't speak English. The receptionist act entitled and act like they can't help someone who has questions over their super long questionnaire. Hire people who are bilingual please my goodness!! Your only making it worse for your business and giving a disservice to people who do not know English as their first language. Do better! read more

I came in for a pre employment urine sample and the lady at the desk was rude as soon as I walked in their. She immediately stopped talking to another customer, looked at me and said, if your urine sample isn't the perfect temperature or the right color, I will not except it and it will be counted as a failed sample. Are you okay with this? " I then said," i guess I have to be right?.." She them continued to be extremely rude to her coworker helping me with my paperwork, because it was taking 10 minutes to do my paperwork ( we were having issues with emailing the forms to her) and continued to then tell her that it should never take more than 1 minute. I continued to go to the back for my urine sample and as soon as I handed it off to her she holds it up to the ceiling light and then said," oh, nope, nope, I'm not going to except this. Your urine needs to be at 96° ( it was at 92° and climbing) I'll notify your employer that you're urine sample failed." She didn't even test it! So now just because this Concentra employee is having a bad day, I now lose a great job that would've helped me tremendously after the COVID pandemic! I'm not the only person that has experienced the same service from this woman! I really hope that something is done about this before more honest good people lose a job because she can't follow company policy! read more

Not a good place if you have an urgent injury. We walked into an empty waiting room and still waited over two hours just to be seen. As we waited about 7 other patients came and went to do drug testing And work physicals. They dealt with these administrative patients first rather than those of us who were injured. These are paperwork doctors rather than medical emergency doctors. You could be bleeding all over the floor and they will still go to lunch before seeing you. read more

As a traveling health professional stopping here on my way through the area for pre employment requirements... I have to say this is the worst experience I have had in the last 2 years as a traveling therapist (screens and physicals every 3-4 months). The company lost my respirator mask for fitting, which was overnighted to the facility, causing extended back up for beginning he process (turned out to be right in front of them) then from start to finish, with around 10 total minutes of human interaction, I was there 4 hours. Drug screen, physical, and respirator mask fitting. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, when asked about what was taking so long (2 hours in), I was told that I was next on the waiting list ... another hour later I was called back. Forget about exploring Amarillo if you're just passing through! Don't go! read more

This place stinks! With an appointment I'm told it will take 2 hours. Completely horrible.

Wait times here are always horrific. Took two hours for a drug test last year. Hour and a half for a dot physical last august. Told it would take 3 hours for a dot physical and audiogram today. Took them one hour to look through my paperwork and call my employer to verify that they would pay for it since it was required. Now it's been nearly two more hours and I'm still in the waiting room. There are only 5 other people at this point in the waiting room with me. It's unfortunate my company requires I take tests and physicals here. This is the most poorly ran and unprofessional business I have ever seen. I hope to never enter the threshold of this business again. read more

I loved the PA Wilson Conhrane very much and was deeply saddened when he left. Dr Terri Hall was a great Dr. also, They were respectful and listened to me. I do not like and refuse to see Dr. Jabb, he is rude, doesn't listen to your concerns and I refuse to see him. He has no office manners nor personality, he also does not believe in prescribing medications...I am in much pain, isn't that his job! The other supporting staff is great and efficient! Last time I was there he came in and I asked him to leave..I would wait for another physician, he said it might be a while, I said fine I will nap please turn off the lights as you leave...a physician came in within 3 minutes...I have never done this before but I do not have any faith or trust in him.... read more

The wait time is ridiculous and the nurses constantly lose files. You can tell no one behind the counter likes their job so they take it out on the patients. AVOID this place. read more

Spent five hours here. Doctor asked me what drugs I wanted, and did I want to go back to work or did I want some time off? If you have no life, and enjoy stinking waiting rooms with TV's cranked up to the max (on different channels. so you can't make sense of either one) then this is your place. If you have any choice whatsoever, go somewhere else, unless you are scamming work comp. Two miserable experiences here. read more

I wish I could give this facility a negative score. Where do I begin? Let's see I was sent to this facility for a pre employment drug test and physical. I print the paperwork and report to the facility. Wait 3 hours in the waiting room before being told that they don't have the proper paperwork to process me. Ok no big deal I'll just return the following day right. Returned and completed everything required. Fast forward 3 days later. I get a call that my drug test had been rejected due to the seal wasn't placed. Grrrr beyond frustrating and advise you avoid this place. read more

I've been here several times over the last 10 years and this was by far the best experience ever. The staff were polite and professional and I was in the back within about 20 minutes of arrival. Heads and shoulders better than even 5 months ago (last visit). Hoping this is a permanent improvement. Kudos to the staff! read more

If you have to go here for a DOT physical, I hope you have your Bible to read before and after(to keep your blood pressure down)! They will make you wait, even if you have an appointment and have been fasting for blood work, and when you get done you're gonna want to cuss like a sailor!! The director of the facility won't return emails or phone calls, even if it is an urgent matter, oh yeah, they also lie to you if you have to take them results from a sleep study, and they tell you 'you won't have to have another physical, just bring the ppw in, and we'll review it then'. WRONG!!! They also try to force PT on you, even if you don't need it. It's all about the dollars for them, not the care. Go to the other place in Amarillo!! read more

Watch out for this place.. Did a physical here for a driver and was told they'd send it in to the DMV but come to find out they never did. My driver was detained for hours while they ran his info only to find out the office never registered his physical at all. He's now shut down in Missouri and unable to make money because they're so impossible to deal with. We've been trying to get them to re-issue the physical on the correct form (they issued it on a standard Texas form even though he presented his California license) so we can file it ourselves but they've been running us around for days now. Driver is shut down until we get the correct form. They told him he'd have to come in to get another physical. Doesn't work like that when you're over the road. He's shut down in Missouri. The Missouri Concentra told us they would have just issued another physical on the correct form. No big deal to them.. I can't figure out why the people working in Texas are so lazy and difficult. I'd recommend to any driver to avoid this place like the plague. It's difficult enough for us out there without jokers like this place creating additional hardship. read more
