My issue is an administrative one. The staff claimed to have pre-cleared my insurance, yet after all was said and done I got a bill from them. Months later insurance adjusted the cost and I got another bill from them. The pricing clearly reflects an institution which revolves around maximizing what your insurance will cover, then tacking on an additional "reasonable" fee 60-90 dollars for you to pay. This is dishonest. Even when I would go in for appointments, some of the practitioners were looking for how many appointments they could get out of my insurance without any consideration of whether my injury would require those appointments. I found this unethical and dishonest to be treated this way, especially as a healthcare worker myself. I am a real customer. I was kind and straight forward with you. Your staff was very kind and attentive to me. Your business model would do well to implement more financial honesty.

I've been to a lot of different rehabs before coming here there's a difference in them. Encompass is the best by far there is no comparison I've gotten to know a lot of them and it's a blessing to call them my friends. All the staff that works here goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met. From the drs to all the staff make you feel like you're their only patient. There're so many positive things about Encompass if you need to go there once you will always try to go back. The next time you need rehab think about what you want to get out of your stay. If you put the effort in the staff will help you reach your goal. i think the highest score you can give them is a five if it was possible I'd give them 5x that.
