I recently had to visit this place for a job. I've never been here before, and if I have to come back for another job, I'll happily decline the offer. Let me tell you about my poor experience....~First off ALL locations have at least a 2 hour wait and they don't do appointments. Walk ins only. (WTF) They open at 8am. I got here at 8:02am and there were already 8 ppl in front of me. I didn't leave until almost 11am They did move a little fast to get everyone paper work and checked it. HOWEVER, the light skin skinny chick at the front desk (Melissa) was rude ASF! I understand everyone aren't morning people, but check your attitude at the door. She was very short when speaking to patients, and her tone was rude. She didn't greet ANYBODY with a hello, just stated" How can I help you", but once the doctor walked in she greeted them. HA! What a joke. She's the first person we see when we enter HAVE A BETTER ATTITUDE! Anywho, there was another lady (brown skin with a tattoo on her left top arm "Sonna" I think thats what it said) she came to assist with the line. She was so sweet and patient. She also spoke to each guest that entered the lobby. Her attitude and demeanor was upbeat and positive. The Nurse that helped me (Tamiya) was so sweet *OVERALL: 3/5 STARS Unfortunately alot of companies use this place for their contracts (which sucks) so when you come be prepared to WAIT LONGGGGG. The lobby was clean and bright. Melissa needs a little more training with interpersonal relationships. There was also a medical emergency in the office like an hour or so of be being there and her attitude changed and she tried to be a little more friendly to everyone, naaa we decline that! I can't understand how if you have to perform a urine test why can't they have you urinate then have you wait. The whole idea is irritating to say the least. The lobby smells like shot also. I never have a good experience here. Just like the DDS they feel that they can treat you anyway they want because you need them to work read more

Had a pretty nasty bug bite recently. So bad that I took a whole day off work. Foot was swollen to the max. Chose this place because my insurance is accepted. Minus the one star because I saw quite a few people who checked in after me go first. Odd. I was thinking about leaving out of frustration, but stayed because I already paid the copay. I had a lovely nurse who did a great job with curing my foot with an injection. Nice and professional staff overall. read more

After 9:30am it's a 2 hour wait, not from the time you checked in but from the time they take your vitals in the back. They update the time too, so just cause they told you 2 hours when you got here doesn't mean you won't wait 4. I hate coming up here and this is the location all the local businesses recommend. The lady told me I had 3 mins to pee and she timed me for 20 seconds. It's 1 doctor for every 40 rooms. read more

This is by far the best urgent care I have been to in the 4.5 years I've lived in Atlanta. Everyone I encountered here was pleasant and professional. The nurses who helped me were kind and genuinely appeared to care about my wellbeing. The physician who treated me was friendly, didn't rush me, and thought of everything he could do to make me comfortable. And the best part was the whole trip took me less than 45 mins. read more
