This was the nearest open 24 urgent care on my search options that was not the emergency department as other locations for urgent was closed. I glad they were ope and made appointment online on way to the clinic. The place was clean, organized and front desk helped explain everything up front including exactly how much everything cost and short quick strait to the point patient form. I got back to the room quickly waiting less than 20th an and the entire visit took less than an hour to get everything done. Although it was little set back to have to lay out of pocket, I know it would be much cheaper than going through insurance or having the headache of getting a bill later. The staff was nice and helpful. The staff were knowledgeable and gave plan of care that made sense and reasonable explaining of why they are using these treatments. Will keep this place in mind and recommend for future use. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! No insurance accepted at all, $90 co-pay. That alone should make you look elsewhere because this is the first time I've ever had that high of a co-pay, let alone not accepting ANY kind insurance. The employees were nice enough, but they try to tack on any extra charges they can, so if you are going to go here then be firm in what you are and are not willing to pay for before you take any tests or x-rays. It would have been too expensive to get antibiotics when I went, so I just got treatment for my asthma and left. I would only go here if it is literally your only option. read more

I live outside of Philly but I was visiting friends in Atlanta and had excruciating pain in the bottom of my foot. Randomly chose a nearby Urgent Care facility and ended up here. What a mistake!! I was here for more than 3 hours. Every step of the process took forever. First, they wanted to x-ray my foot, which made sense. However, their x-ray technician wasn't onsite. So, we had to wait for him to bicycle across the city. Once the x-rays were taken, for some reason they needed to wait for another person to remotely review the x-rays. That wait took the better part of an hour. Finally I was told that a cyst was forming in my foot, and they were going to give me meds. But first they needed to wait for another remote doctor to approve the diagnosis and the prescribed meds. So again we waited. Meanwhile, during these lengthy waits, this one nurse kept coming into the examination room to make small-talk; presumably to help pass the time? But she'd tell me and my wife about her childhood, and her years working as an EMT and any old, pointless thing. It became almost more painful than my foot. Eventually the meds were approved by the mystery "doctor" and they brought in the two syringes to give me these meds. A pain med and a steroid which they said would slow the growth of the cyst. They also prescribed the same medications in pill-form to get me through until I could get home and see my regular podiatrist. When I got home and reviewed the bill, there was also a $39 charge for a Vitamin-B12 shot which seemed odd because I distinctly recalled only 2 injections. I called and asked about the B12 and was told that it was mixed into 1 of the other 2 shots. This also seemed odd because while I was in the office, they were very clear about explaining the cost of everything they were proposing before doing anything. And there was never mention of the B12 shot. I accused them of padding the bill, and the person on the phone quickly said that they don't pad their bills and then hung-up on me. The only thing I'll give them credit for is that I was able to download the x-rays to my phone and show them to my doctor when I got home. He said there was no cyst in my foot and that it was most likely tendonitis. It's been almost a month since my visit, and there is no cyst bulging from the bottom of my foot. I haven't had anything removed from my foot and haven't had my foot "drained" to relieve the pressure of this cyst. They lied to me and charged me for a B12 shot and a steroid that I didn't need and that didn't do anything for me. Avoid this office at all costs. read more

Honestly, not a great experience by far. As soon as we walked in, they told us they don't accept insurance and told us the costs for the doctor visit and the x-ray but didn't say the cost for the treatment. It was several hundreds of dollars more than we expected. We also had to wait a total of 2.5 hours, with no other people being seen, because their equipment is outdated and required a radiologist consult outside of the clinic. While we were waiting, no one except for the first "radiologist" kept us informed. Even then, he only told us once and never checked in again. While we waited, they had personal conversations. I had to come out to ask for updates but the second "radiologist" or (medical team member?) only told us that she'd "be right there" and we proceeded to wait awhile still. After finding out what was wrong, they offered 2 types of pain medication, which we all had a conversation together (the medical team member, myself, and husband) that he didn't need that medication. Yet, the paramedic taking care of us brought both anyways. They also tried to charge us for preparing the prescriptions prescribed instead of offering to send it to the pharmacy, I had to ask. Most importantly!! My husband shared what medications he takes and they verified with us multiple times. (I even explained what his medications were for.) They prescribed him a medication that has a major contraindication (seizures) to a medication that he takes routinely and they gave no medication education at all. The only reason I know this is because I'm a nurse and I had to tell my husband not to take it. Shame on this place! Honestly should be reported. read more

In my 7 years of writing reviews, less than 5 establishments have been given a 1 star rating from me. I am begging you, unless you are in a serious medical emergency and you cannot get to the hospital, do not come here. I experienced a medical emergency on Friday. I came in the office distressed and was whisked into a room for treatment. The actual medical emergency cannot be helped, but the bedside manner of the nurse/office manager, absolutely can. Throughout the entire ordeal, she was rude (almost hostile), and gave me the impression that I was inconveniencing her. It was quite remarkable, really. I did not get anyone's name, but the provider that was rude was significantly older than the rest of the staff, that is the only way I can differentiate them. Not only was rude and argumentative, and when I requested her manager's information, she refused to give it to me. Never have I experienced that before. I was told by that same nurse, maybe her name was ?Kim? That if her director (Chris) was there, he would had left me in the waiting room and called 911 if I had not paid before being treated. Classy. For clarification, I did not upset this woman in any way for her to act this way towards me. Her behavior made the situation worse and will forever be a stain on my memory. THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY INSURANCE, please be aware. Terrible business practices in a bustling part of downtown, a shame. read more

I would like to start off by saying I'm a medical student so while I don't know everything, I have a medical background and solid baseline knowledge. They tried to give me a bunch of different meds that I absolutely did not need for symptomatic treatment when I was not having severe symptoms. Those meds alone were over $200 and I got push back when I refused them (fine to discuss as an option but crazy to insist them). I needed an antibiotic injection and they insisted that it required vitamin B12 to absorb which is factually INCORRECT. They also never stated a differential diagnosis, reviewed side effects of medications or gave me a follow up plan/recommendations if the treatment didn't work (literally the most basic aspects of providing care). I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place but if you have to go, be very cautious as they will try to squeeze every penny out of you which is absolutely criminal to do to patients, especially if they don't accept insurance. Be sure to ask what is absolutely necessary for you care and do your research if you can. Advocate for yourself and ask as many questions as you need if something isn't clear. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, " LOST TEST RESULTS, WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN, AND BRUISE AFTER DOCTOR COULDN'T GET BLOOD!!! On Sunday, November 12, I went in for scheduled blood work. The doctor unsuccessfully tried to get blood twice, so I had a urine test. Six days later, I have a bruise on my arm from that attempt.  Darrell told me when I left on Sunday I would get the test results emailed in 2-4 days. After 5 days with no results, I called and spoke to Darrell again. This time, he told me that information was incorrect and that patients are given a card with information to the online portal. I asked if I could results over the phone and then was told it looks like they never sent the urine to the lab or my test was submitted under the wrong name!!!!  I got hung up on twice. The female receptionist said she'd talk to Darrell and call me back but never did. The following day, six days after the test, I called again and spoke to Darrell. He said they LOST MY TEST but that I could come back in for another test!!! I informed him it would be pointless now to have another testing, and I don't have time to come in for another test. I told him this has gotten ridiculous and I want my money back. He didn't apologize but instead hung up. Oh, and I had to pay out of pocket for test results I never got because I was informed at the appointment they don't accept insurance. I paid my invoice at Urgent Care, but still received a separate bill from Labcorp for services that were already covered and paid a year ago! Urgent Care has confirmed that I should not have been billed by Labcorp, but now, I'm in a never-ending loop of people dodging responsibility to resolve this issue. I should not be responsible for playing go-between and my credit should not be on the line for their mismanagement. I have read the review reply below. I did write it for the correct company. It was my husband that was seen. Percocet is what was recommended and attempted to be prescribed. If this is not your policy then you may want to check what your workers are doing late in the evening.... Staff was very nice, but no doctor on duty and they do not accept insurance. There was nothing they were able to do. Wanted $400 for a Percocet between meds and visit which would not correct the problem jus offset some pain. I honestly would have given less stars, but the staff did try to advise and look even though nothing was done. read more

Called by accident google gave me the wrong information. I asked the customer service rep where was I calling, the customer representative that answered was super rude and had a real bad attitude. I asked her to give me her name so I could report her the first thing she does is hung the up call. Called again I need to speak to your supervisor there's no need for this rude and attitude problem, she told me that her supervisor was attending patients and hung me up again. I was super impressed with this urgent care. I came in last night with a bladder infection and was in and out within 30 mins and feeling better almost immediately after I left. They ask exactly the right questions to get you help quickly and the two doctors I worked with were incredibly professional, down to earth, and competent. I have to admit I was a little skeptical because they seem like a smaller shop, less overhead but I was very happy to see that that meant that they are able to offer pretty excellent care instead. They don't take insurance, which doesn't bother me because that often lowers the cost of operation for the medical office and gives them ability to focus on patient care instead. That was exactly the case for this office. I will go ahead and submit a claim with my insurance towards my deductible for the visit. The fact that they're 24/7 was also a lifesaver for me - and that they had amazing docs even at midnight was great. They even provided me with all the meds I needed right then and there at urgent care, it was a one stop shop. Extremely convenient when you're in pain in the middle of the night. Experience was great! Parking was available on the street up-front. Their "check-in" person/professional was a nurse or paramedic (not just a business major or medical clerk) who was able to screen at a pretty advanced level (and just a cool dude). The paperwork wasn't so bad. They don't take insurance, but the administrative overhead that comes with insurance (government regulations, etc). makes it a wise move to avoid. I just used an HSA. The doctor/PA came into the exam room within a reasonable time period and purposely seemed to linger to ensure his body language was conveying "i'm here for you" which was helpful. I'm a bit against antibiotics, due to bad experiences and medical tendency to over-prescribe them, but the doctor was receptive to my concerns. The "check in" medical professional intelligently answered my questions. I took some shots and selfishly would have wanted to hit the road, but they advised me to stick around for 15 minutes. This advice was critical since my body had a "pain response" for 10 mins (lightheaded/cold/hot/sweat)... which would have been a dangerous drive, but I suddenly felt MUCH better. As someone with an entrepreneurial itch, I was very impressed with the lean, efficient, and effective shop they run! It's not "cheap", but it's on the high-end of "fair" for the quality they deliver... assuming you budget for some medical expenses throughout the year (which I do). read more

I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism of this urgent care. I waited outside in the cold, only to be turned away. I was having an allergic reaction with hives covering my body and face. I understand that allergic reactions can be alarming to inexperienced medical professionals, but medical facilities CANNOT legally turn patients away without ensuring the patient is stable enough to take themselves to an emergency room. No one asked if I was having trouble breathing or symptoms that would need immediate assessment. Nor did anyone explain the rationale for turning me away. I had a great experience here. Very quick and efficient service. The clinic is clean and it's located in a safe neighborhood. It's right in front of the Coca Cola museum. There's street parking for up to 4 hours that's $2 per hour. They take all major credit cards and will email your results within the week. I was very happy with the clinic. Staff on hand explained the system is not set up to manage appointments. 2. Pricey Their rapid tests are two times the cost of any other clinic. I have never paid more than $75. They charge $169. 3. Insurance is not filed You pay out of pocket and file the claim 4. Parking You may not see it because of the number of people standing outside of the clinic waiting to be seen, but there is patient parking in front of the clinic. We paid $10 around the corner because we missed it. 5. Dress for the weather Be prepared to stand for an hour outside of the clinic. Two chairs. Dozens of people. June 2021, towards the beginning of the Pandemic and on our way to my daughter's dance intensive in Sarasota FL, she needed a negative COVID test within two days of the start date in order to participate in the five week dance intensive. So we stopped here for the test. All I had ever heard up until this point was that COVID testing would be at no cost to patients. I was floored when on our way out of the clinic the technician says, "That will be $179." Really? "Yes. You can submit a claim with your insurance." Um. No I can't. Because Georgia is out of network for us as we live in Chicago. Thanks again 24/7 Urgent Care. Maybe next time you can advise people upfront what the costs are. I had been suffering from food poisoning for about four days and finally decided to go to an urgent care. My regular place was closed on Sundays so I decided to try Centennial. I spoke with Brandi who was EXTREMELY kind and informative. After breaking down the pricing I decided to come in. I was immediately met by Brandi who took my temperature (COVID-19 precautions) and took me straight back. She was very attentive and kind and her bedside manner was honestly the best I have ever had. The LPN came in and was also very kind and informative and explained everything prior to preforming any procedures. These guys are awesome! My son and I were in town for a few days for business, and he had a terrible tooth ache. Ended up he needed a root canal and they took care of it late one evening. It was less expensive than my personal dentist and they were very friendly and professional. Scheduled an appointment specifically for a Rapid PCR test and they had availability for that specific test on their website. I drove 45 minutes to the clinic to be told that they had been out of Rapid PCR test for a few days. I had to have a PCR for a flight the next day. My experience at the urgent care 24/7-centennial park was horrible! I came in late night for a Covid test, The woman who was working was on the phone with her friend or whoever the entire time I was there. After telling me I tested positive in the hall way, she told me to "unlock the door and go". She never gave me any further instructions, never asked me how I was feeling. I am asthmatic so I was actually frightened by those results and was met with no professionalism or care. Also they take no type of insurance so paying 149$ and following that up with her treatment, was horrible to say the least! read more

i wish i never came here. first off, their sign in sheets are so unprofessional, i barely had anything to fill out, including a hippa form, was not given one. but the nurse was nice enough to check off that i had received that and that i would like to sign up for emails on my chart. again she did that, not me. after this, once i was in the exam room doing my tests (i went for a strep, flu, and covid test) the nurse couldnt remember if she was supposed to swab my nose or throat for the flu test. after that the doctor came in to check on me because all of my tests were negative but i had obvious strep symptoms (im assuming the nurse was not able to do the tests correctly) and while i was talking to the doctor i said about how i had thyroiditis-hashimotos (which i told the nurse) and to both of our surprise it was not on my chart! in fact in the medical history area the nurse had filled out 'none' even though she wrote that i take a daily thyroid medication. make it make sense. After THAT the doctor asked her why it said none and she told him i lied to her. luckily for me the doctor believed me but still, how ridiculous. NOW for the great part!!! I wrote that i had an allergy to a specific kind of antibiotic, took it as a kid and had a reaction, now, because i did have all the symptoms for strep the doctor said hed still treat me for it and told me id be getting a B12 shot, but i received two shots and wasnt told what the 2nd one was. well i looked on the itemized bill and what do you know, ITS THE ANTIBIOTIC IM ALLERGIC TO! i had a mild reaction about an hour after i got home but i didnt know what was causing it because i did not know they gave me a cephalosporin. they also initially charged me for multiple other shots i never received which i got them to take off. i have pictures to prove this all. Was very happy that I was able to get an appointment for myself and my son on such short notice for a rapid Covid test. However, after driving for 30 minutes to get there and being greeted at the door I was told that there was a $169 fee per person per test. Deceitful about pricing and treatment options right off the bat. I was explicitly told that influenza treatment and the office visit would be $178, by the paramedic who treated me. Yes, that's right, a paramedic. He also went into a spiel about how they only charge a la carte, and that any additional charges / treatment possibilities would be discussed. That was not the case, unfortunately for me. They in fact never asked for my consent, informed me of the treatment (which was different than they originally said would take place), or the cost. It started out with a flu test. They told me I was negative for the flu but were going to treat me anyway. I thought, okay, because I've been told what this would cost, and I was okay with that. I was left to wait. The paramedic came back with 3 injections and a boat load of prescriptions. I was immediately confused, because there's no way this could simply be an influenza treatment. I was then handed a bill of $438. No way I thought. I'm not footing this bill in hopes my insurance would say okay. They told me too bad. The treatment was administered. Not once were these additional charges explained. I initially posted a Google review. Dr. Williams called me seconds after that, clearly upset over my decision to do so. He basically claimed that I was wrong and didn't hear his paramedic. Well, I was in the room Dr. Williams. You weren't. Anyway, the call went nowhere. In fact, I'm even more furious. The disrespect and lack of professionalism is confounding. He should have better things to do (i.e. actually treat patients) than call an upset customer over a Google review. Side note: he knew I was upset long before the Google review, because I contested the additional charges with my bank. He could have called then, but it wasn't necessary, because this experience wasn't made public. read more

Arrived around 6pm, pouring rain outside and I was soaked to the bone. I'd had an infection for roughly 2-4 months and was finally able to afford care. Turns out this place doesn't accept insurance, so it's $99 for the visit plus $100-$300 for labs or tests. I was the only person there, and after waiting over half an hour I was finally called back. The nurse practitioner was such a sweetheart and totally made me feel comfortable. He got my info and said the doc would be right in. Another half hour later the doctor finally shows up. She was completely incompetent. Acted like I was making all of it up. Demanded that I strip down naked (not offered a gown, nor did she leave the room). She seemed focused on the fact that I'm transgender (despite it having no correlation to why I was there) and continued to incorrectly "guess" what genitals I have even though I specifically told her. Finally was told to wait in the waiting room. Could hear the doctor calling my prescription into the pharmacy on speaker phone so loud you could hear it in the whole office. Another half hour wait just to get checked out. All in all a terrible, violating experience. Will not be returning. read more
