I came here just for a drug screening for private caregiving so my review is based just on that experience. The reception area is really clean, comfortable, and cool. The receptionist, Amber, at the desk was very efficient and helpful. I was concerned because the receptionist said it was an hour wait, to someone else, but since I didn't need to see a doctor I was called back quickly. The process was quick and I was told to wait 5 mins in the lobby for the results. I waited about 10-15 mins before heading to the desk to check on the results. They were ready so I'm glad I checked. Just so the public knows which the facility should make the public aware when they come to their facility, that if you are over the age of 21 and receive any vaccines, they DO NOT update your state MCIR (vaccine) record. Also, for immigration they will give you a TB blood test and live vaccines at the same time so if your blood test comes back inaccurate you will have to wait 30 days before the test can be redone due to the live vaccines can give off a false positive. NEVER coming back. I called ahead to make an appointment, showed up 15 min before, and ended up waiting an hour to be seen. Front desk receptionist sent me a link to a health screening survey after i was already waiting for 20 min. Asked me one minute later if i was finished yet. When I said no, she said we will just move on to the next person. 5 people and 30 min later, survey long done, it's my turn. That's not even the worst part. I was walked into a room with a doctor who didn't have any of the paperwork I just filled out. I was there for a physical so I had to touch my toes and do a squat as part of that. He called me "a fit healthy beautiful young lady that is just a bit too too old to set up with his son"....creepy creepy. Go anywhere else. Please. read more

Every nurse I had was so nice! We had wonderful conversations, when I called to ask if I needed an appointment they answered the phone quickly and gave me all the information I needed and was super kind! When I came in the front desk people were super sweet as well. Had to get a TB test done and I told the nurse I was nervous and she did a great job with making sure I was comfortable and she got it done so quickly it was super easy! I've been here waiting for a pre-employment drug screen for over an hour and 20 minutes. They have taken 3 patients back since I've been waiting. The "front desk specialist" told me they had multiple technicians in at this time so there would not be a better time for me to come in. After 75 minutes I asked about my estimated wait time. I was told I'm "still first in the queue" and was called back immediately after (did they forget about me?) Now, without even making it to a back room, I've been sent back to the lobby because someone else came in for something other than a drug screen. I'm sure eventually it will be my turn. From an employer perspective, we started using Concentra for our pre-employment physicals and drug screens but it didn't last long. Long wait times (3 hours isn't uncommon) led to a lot complaints from our new hires. Delays in their process led to a lot of delayed start dates. If you're going here for a pre-employment physical and drug screen go weeks before your start date and stay on top of them to send the results into your new employer. read more

Finding a competent provider when you are traveling on vacation and come down with a terrible sinus infection is hard enough, let alone finding a provider that works with your insurance. I first called the place to make sure they were open and that they were in my network. "Yes, we're open 8 to 4 today." When I got there, the woman at the desk looked at me like I was from Mars. "What do YOU want?" she said. I need to see a doctor. "Why?" she asks. Well, because I have a sinus infection, I think." So much for HIPAA. She again looked at me and said: "Oh, we're not doing urgent care stuff today." Unprofessional, unreliable, impolite. Not even a "sorry we couldn't help you." Steer clear! This is by far one of the cleanest locations I have been to in terms of urgent care or physical therapy. The staff is the kindest, friendliest, and most attentive of any medical/office staff, from the moment I come through the door, to the time I leave. The front desk and medical staff are like a well-oiled machine, all working together in a coordinated fashion, keeping each other informed so well, that when I try to provide updates to assist, they are always 2 steps ahead of me and aware! In terms of Physical Therapy, I have had several surgeries/injuries in my many years, and have never been satisfied with the PT centers recommended by my doctors...until now! Not only are all the therapists great, but mine especially, Lia Stefanou (spelling?), is absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and aware of what I am and should be feeling each time she sees me, and takes the time and extra effort to help me actually feel better and benefit from the therapy and exercises. She does not just "go through the motions" of exercises and send me on my merry way, but ensures that we are doing exercises which fit my current abilities and benefit my pain management, so I may continue to progress at my own pace. I cannot say enough good things about her and refer anyone who asks me about physical therapy to see her. I know she will be the reason I recover well at the end of my journey, and am certain that should I ever need therapy for any other reason in the future, I will choose her, wherever she may be. read more

Came in here at the last minute as the Henry Ford recently stopped urgent care services at their Columbus location. We're pretty sure the facility is a former warehouse or something of that ilk. We were the only patients there and it took us an hour and a half to get in and out (mind you we were the only people there). The Doc's treatment was rest and a bland diet for nausea (not exactly Dr. House). He also gave an anti-nausea shot , probably just to bump up the bill. Not sure why it took so long, but I can tell it'll cost a lot since they seem to have a lot of staff standing around doing nothing more than complaining about their hours and schedule. I only know this from sitting in a lousy, uncomfortable waiting room. If you're sick, you might as well go to an Emergency Room, it'll be more expensive, but you might get treated faster and better. read more

Horrible, had an 8:30 appointment, checked in at 8:29 with an othropedic surgeon, they screwed up and didn't get me in on time and when they figured out their mistake they put me in the back of the line and did not slide me in where I was supposed to be.... I had to be to work at 10, I winded up having to call work and apologize for THEIR MISTAKE.... I would never come here again...my injury was a work related injury and I would beg them to send me anywhere but here if I ever got hurt again.... read more

Had to go there for a drug test one day then the next day a physical. I'm in the presses of getting a new job. They were real nice and didn't take long at all. I did notice earlier in the day they were really busy. I ended up coming later around 5pm and was in and out of there quick. Everyone I talked with there seemed down to earth. :-). read more

Been waiting an hr so far in waiting room. Place isn't really that busy but...Filled out a phone book worth of paperwork including what I noticed was consent for a duplicate test by a 2nd method not authorized by my prospective employer. Mentioned it & receptionist INSISTED this consent was for a different thing entirely. However, form clearly states what it's for. So either this receptionist is stupid or she thinks I am. Really what they were trying to do is double dip. read more

Great experience! The facility is really nice and most importantly, the staff was very nice and professional. Everyone was great, but I really must say that Dr Ron was so kind and professional and had a wonderful bedside manner. I don't know what happened to the other people who had bad reviews. I know everyone has a bad day sometimes, but I highly recommend them. My husband got hurt at work and was sent there last night and he walked in at 7:45ish pm and they close at 8 (we had old information that said they were open til 9 pm). They did not act upset, unprofessional or rushed at all during the entire visit. They were great! We will definitely go back if we ever need to in the future! Just some crooks that want your money. I went there with some immigration paperwork and told them when I need them. They said "no problem, these will be done in time". Two days before the deadline, I call them and they confirm that I am all set, just the doctor needs to review the paperwork one last time and that I should come the day after. When I called the day after, they told me that the doctor was in vacation and there is nobody to sign the documents. Then, two hours before the interview, I finally go and pick up my documents and surprise: I "needed" a vaccine which costed 264$. Being pressed by time, I accept the vaccine, take my documents and head to the USCIS interview. When reviewing the documents my doctor provided, they were given copies that I was immune and did not need a vaccine. Please be aware: they would do anything to get money from you! You are not a patient, you are a client! read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Went in for a biometric check, the nurse assistant was terrible, couldn't properly draw blood. My arm was terribly bruised and sore for more than a week after! They were also supposed to submit my form/results to a health carrier and it's been more than two weeks and they still haven't done yet! I also noticed simple mistakes on the form that she filled out. I will never go back. read more
