The medical assistant taking my vitals was sweet and very personable, definitely made me feel at ease (I am definitely a chicken). Room seemed clean and hygienic. It was a little stuffy/hot but that could've been my fever (who knows). Dr. Kerkes was able to diagnose quickly to have me feeling better in no time. I am so thankful for their fast operation they are running, I was in an out in 1 hour max. Definitely what I was expecting and so happy that they have surpassed those expectations.

They are pretty quick and efficient to tackle whatever issue you have and they also have a pharmacy with basic medicines for sale or you can get a prescription sent to your pharmacy to pick up your prescription prescriptions with insurance.

However, we saw a male, Nathan (NP), who far exceeded our expectations. He was polite, thorough and answered all of her questions. We felt like other providers had previously rushed us out of their appointment rooms but he really took the time to connect with us and ensure we had no other concerns or questions for her plan. Would HIGHLY recommend this provider. Next time either of us needs anything we will absolutely be requesting him.

Please let me set the scene for you guys you can understand my frustration. My baby boy (6 months…read moreold) broke a fever the night before we leave to Colombia. He then is horribly sick the entire trip with a fever, terrible cough, eye drainage and nose drainage. We start him on cold meds as soon as we get down there with no real recovery from him. Our last day down there it finally hits me and I mean hard. Throbbing head, horrible cough, body pains, weakness, eye drainage, sorry to also announce but diarrhea too. I barely made it back home my fit bit shows almost 4 hours of active zone minutes when all i did was walk sit and stand. My heart rate was 140s standing and 100s when sitting or laying, very not normal for a 24 year old woman. Not the point so we get home im in bed for two days. No energy to even think about going to the doctor then my baby coughs so hard he projectile vomits his entire bottle. So now we need to get him seen quick. I left without my wallet because i didn't have the strength to look for it thinking the scans in my phone would work. I get there the lady at the front desk has a less then pleasant attitude but i let it go because i have no energy. She asks the symptoms and i literally couldn't talk i said two words started coughing and had my husband do the rest of the talking. I was filling out the intake forms and i said to my husband "i didn't bring my id" she popped her head up from her desk to tell us we cant be seen without a physical drivers license on me. In the least dramatic way possible that was the rudest thing she could've possibly said. She had the option to be a half decent person and just get us in and seen while my husband went to get the ID. But instead she intentionally chose to not provide care to a sick baby. As a mom that was unacceptable. I used all the energy in my body to get there can barely stand and she wants to announce to the lobby she wont see us.

Despite my offer to request Oxford to email 'Family Medical Clinic' my son's insurance card, the secretary denied to service my son. I asked to speak to a doctor because it was incomprehensible and a medical assistant said a bullshit ' the secretary cannot work without the actual insurance card'. Both minions just stood there shook their heads. One time they said the stone was 1 mm and could be easily passed. The urologist later said it was a 4-5 mm stone and needed intervention. This last time, they said there was no kidney stone and sent him home. Less than 12 hours later, the hospital said he had an 8 mm stone and needed surgery Either the radiology department takes lousy pictures and/or the radiologist can't read CT scans. The doctors, nurse, and radiology team was fantastic. We couldn't be more grateful for their speedy response. He had to get local anesthesia and they had to straighten the break. 151/100 in 2016 challenge…read more Had to go here after injuring my back at work. The office was very busy with lots of people waiting to be seen. They also do physicals and drug testing here. I signed in at the front desk and they knew I am coming since it was a workers comp issue. That worked out well with the wait time. I filled out several forms and waited. I was called back about 45 minutes after I arrived. I was seen in triage first by a nurse and then by a P.A. Both my encounters with staff was great and they were extremely friendly. I was taken to x-ray after meeting with the P.A. who took her time to listen to all of my concerns and my pre existing conditions. After my x-rays I was returned to my exam room to wait for the P.A. again. Again, very personal woman with a caring manner, she explained everything, give me a cold/hot pack and sent me on my way. Bathrooms were clean. The only reason not a 5, the wait times in the beginning and in the triage rooms and the distance having to travel to go to this office from where I work. It takes one hour to get there and is in another county.

She would mumble under her breath, let out heavy sighs, and then she flat out told the person I was with that she can't help her because she is 40 minutes past her lunch. Also, one of the staff collecting the urine (pouring it into vials and sealing) would wear the same gloves out into the hallway and proceed to use the shared computer with said gloves still on. Absolutely unacceptable. Healthcare 101.
