I had injured my foot a couple weeks ago and was looking for a doctor who specializes in foot and ankle who could help me read my MRI results and tell me what to do next. We called here on a Wednesday and got an appointment at this location for Friday. Though it is far from my home, I am so so glad that we went ! The place is clean and tidy, the workers and the staff were very nice to me . We were seen on time and they took me back to do x rays and then the doctor saw me , all within a half an hour. Their technology for x rays is top notch and the doctor gave things to me straight and was very honest with me about everything. At the end , an ankle brace was suggested, they said theirs cost about 108 dollars but that I could find a cheaper one on Amazon and they even printed me out the Amazon listing! They cares about me enough to not charge me their over priced one and that showed that they valued my care and time for this appt. It was one of those places that you just feel comfortable at and you feel like you're in good hands! I would recommend the orthopedic center to anyone

I spoke with my Aunt today and she said a guy came in about his ankle issue and he had made an online appt but they "couldn't find it" and turned him away. Who turns a person away with an injury? Dr.Youell's nearly 50 years of experience showed in his person-ability and attention to detail. After bloodwork and a kidney biopsy, Dr.Youell was able to diagnose her with CKD caused by a very rare autoimmune disease and put together a treatment plan with consistent monitoring and follow-up by Cassandra on his team (Which is incredible also). Shamika from phlebotomy is a ray of light every time! God has used Dr.Youell and his team to bring about a miracle in my wife's health, it's a long journey but we're blessed to be in such good hands. Each visit to the Heartland managed office had me leaving w/ a $8,000.00 estimate of work that was "essential" according to their assessments. Yet I was experiencing no problems and only went in for a cleaning. A friend told me about Family & Cosmetic Dentistry NOTE: FAMILY & COSMETIC DENTISTRY IS NOT MANAGED BY HEARTLAND.... I am super happy I went to them. Not only did the front desk staff walk me through the process of how to get the work that I was being told I needed done, but they were able to price the work to a reasonable $4000.00. After making the appointment and having Dr. Morra look at the X rays taken in his office, he informed me that I had to small cavities that he needed to fill. The Heartland facilities wanted to put crowns on these teeth. Long story short, all the work that needs to be done totals up to $210.00 w/o insurance. $42.00 w/ insurance. His front desk staff even told me where to go to get a cost effective insurance plan. If you have to have dental work done, go to this office. Even if it isn't close to you in proximity. It's worth the effort just to deal with an ethical dental office.
