Being a Saturday I didn't expect my PCP's office to be open so my next best choice was to visit my nearest urgent care for fast diagnosis and relief and I got exactly that. Walked in about an hour and a half prior to their closing, filled out paperwork and waited a short time to see Dr. Kerkes. The medical assistant taking my vitals was sweet and very personable, definitely made me feel at ease (I am definitely a chicken). Room seemed clean and hygienic. It was a little stuffy/hot but that could've been my fever (who knows). Dr. Kerkes was able to diagnose quickly to have me feeling better in no time. I am so thankful for their fast operation they are running, I was in an out in 1 hour max. Definitely what I was expecting and so happy that they have surpassed those expectations. read more

The only valuable person there is the receptionist she was wonderful and the old nurse was rude angry and said I had an attitude when I didn't she was so annoyed to see me. Im already looking into reporting since the manager didn't want to give me her full name . I bet they didn't even tell her anything. But everything you do in life good or bad comes back to you. This lady shouldn't be working there at all ! Her name is supposedly Karen . I didn't do anything to her she must hate her job and life . I have seen Dr Barrett and Dr Peele before. They seem to be adequate physicians, but the person putting me in the exam room today took my blood pressure with a standard BP cuff and never used a stethoscope. In other words pretended to take my BP. Today the exam room was filthy with a patterned carpet that was black with dirt, dust on the cabinet top, grime on the door and the drawer pulls. At another visit the person taking my history was insulting. I hesitate to call her a med tech or nurse since they are so unprofessional. The doctors seem unable to do anything about it which then makes me question their competence. I won't be back and will try to report the urgent care company. So I came in today and the doctor was exceptional, friendly and informative. What I had an issue with was the medical assistant. This woman decided to tell me that she was off the next day and she was unhappy about that because of her home situation. She said and I QUOTE "THEY TREAT ME LIKE THE NEIGHBORHOOD NIGGER. DO THIS, DO THAT, BUY THIS, GET ME THIS. THEY SHOULD GET THEIR OWN". I sat there with my mouth hung open because never in my 32 years on this earth, have I ever heard someone actually use the word nigger in person. I AM BEYOND OFFENDED AS MY HUSBAND IS AN AFRICAN AMERICAN AND MY DAUGHTER IS HALF AFRICAN AMERICAN!!!! I was at a complete loss of words and just remained quiet the rest of my visit. Needless to say that because of this woman, I will NEVER come to any of your offices again. read more

Went in on a Thursday around noon for upper respiratory virus that had taken a turn for the worse. I was seen right away didn't have to wait for more than 3 minutes. They took great care of me listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I'm glad I chose this urgent care to stop into, I had my prescriptions and was on my way to healing within an hour total! read more

Find a regular doctor or other medical facility before going here. They are crooks and use the system to rob you. After a year of back and forth they claim I did not pay my bill. Now I have to pay my bill again or it affects my credit. Patty claims now that I have never called their office to disputed the bill. Stay away unless you are ok with paying double what it would normally cost. read more

Waited 45 minutes to get in to see the physician. To me that is nothing to wait when I can wait over an hour for a ride at Disney. Once checked in we waited less than 5 minutes before the physician was checking out our baby. I have been to places that leave you in the exam room for an hour. The physician finished his assessment, wrote the prescription for an ear infection and we were out the door in an hour flat start to finish all covered under our plan. Great service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr Barrett was very knowledgeable. We were seen in less than 10 minutes.

The absolute worse service at any urgent care I've ever visited. Dr.Rosa was absolutely useless. There was no examination just questioning thing that could've been pulled up in the record from my past visit there. They wanted to charge me $67.00 for a chest x-ray that is covered by my insurance. I usually just pay my copay and the x-rays are covered. Waited over an hour for NOTHING to be done. read more

Took my sick daughter in on Sunday. They refused to treat her unless I paid a balance they said I owed from a visit over 8 months prior. When I pulled up my bank statement and showed the receptionist that I paid the balance at the time of service, she informed me that her system doesn't show the payment, and that I would have to pay it and today's copay before my daughter would be treated. I said I'd pay for today and we could discuss the other balance on Monday when the business office is open. She would not accept that. I had to go elsewhere for my daughter to receive treatment. I called the business office Monday to be informed that i DO NOT have a balance. I asked for a letter of apology from the belligerent front desk personnel and was told that they would not do that. I could come in and she would apologize to my face. I'm never stepping foot in this hack job place again. If they are too incompetent to see I don't have a balance, how can I trust them with any medical decisions? read more

Our family loves this URGENT CARE center!! Why? The doctors are very good at diagnosing issues (I had an issue with ear infections ever since I turned 40, which was over 15 years ago and after visiting MANY doctors with no definite diagnosis, Dr. Kerkes was able to fully explain what the issue was and how to resolve it). We are a family with 4 kids (some young adult age) still living with us and they've always treated us well and quickly. The waiting area and rooms are very clean too. My husband has seen Dr Barrett, and we've seen Dr Smith too, who my young daughter really liked!! There's a nurse with a british accent, who is excellent as well. They explain everything and take their time with the patients, which is a breath of fresh air :) We've been going to them for over 2 years now and it's always been the same - EXCELLENT!! Anytime me or any of my family members have an issue we come here. The doctor and all of the nurses are so helpful. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Very clean waiting area, waited maybe 10 minutes to be called into the exam room and waited 5-10 minutes if that for the doctor to come in. I am highly pleased with my experience and if I ever need any urgent care needs again I will come here again and will recommend anyone that needs care to come here as well. read more
