Concept were engaged to work on a top to bottom house renovation after being recommended by a friend. My partner and I had a very particular look we were hoping to acheive and our expectations were exceeded when the work was completed - we were blown away with the end result. They had an excellent range of products and fitted windows, alu bifold doors, stunning powder coated glass roof and sarnafil finish to a new flat roof extension. We found Concept to be competitve on price especially given that we wanted non standard colours on the doors and roof. From start to finish we found Concept to be professional and extremely knowledgeable before during and after installation. A couple of very minor niggles (to be expected on a job this large) were sorted very quickly with a follow up visit when reported back to the office.
